"RUN, RUN! go ill find you" my brother scream at me, i ran until i couldn't breath, i stopped to look around and was suddenly thrown into a tree.As i screamed i heard the faint sound of sliver on sliver and knew i was about to become the prey not the hunter.I cried out in fear but the bullet didn't connect with me but with my brother, who had run just behind me, at last minute jumped in front of the bullet.He fell to the floor dead, id lost him forever.i turned to the hunters who had taken my brother from me, and let the phrase take hold , my bones shortened and became longer,beautiful, shiny and long fur coursed along my body.i gave a snarl and jumped at them.
"wake up, WAKE UP sis its OK I'm fine nothing happened it was just a dream" my brother whispered in my ear while holding me down so i couldn't hurt anyone.
"no your dead, they killed you i need to kill them, please stop kayden i need to do this"i cried at the same time as trying to bite him.
"no it was i dream sis, kira you're safe and I'm fine its ok, was it the same nightmare you always have?!" he said quietly.
"in a way Kay it was but it was different, the hunters were there and they killed you" i say trying to get the image out of my head. He sadly shook his head, looking deeply into my eyes,
"its going to be ok sis i promise, do you want to go running? i don't really fancy sitting In school all day!"he said while getting off my bed to look out of the window.i laugh at him which earns me a glare.
"what's so funny sis, that yesterday i said no to going for a run?" he says with his alpha voice.
"yes brother i find you really funny and don't try alpha with me mate you know i could kick your ass" i say teasingly, "
ok, ok you win i think you could and that's why i want to go hunting I'm way better at hunting then you"
"you wish kay" i say with a big grin.
The wind tangled with my fur chilling me, my brother ran on my left side when his head cocked up "what's up" i ask through our mind link.
"it sounded like silver knifes being brought out"he tells me, i gasp when suddenly i bullet comes out of now where, hits me in shoulder. My brother growls and when my shoulder gives out he runs to my side to hold me up, with a whine i ask
"what happened and why does it hurt more then a normal silver bullet" He shakes his head then growls even more, a hunter runs towards us with a gun full of strong silver bullets.My vision starts to blur and i lay down to stop the dizziness,
"i'll handle it sis you just rest" kay tells me, two more hunters appear and i start to think oh my god it's just like my dream, what do i do. kay leaps at the first hunter and i try to stand so i can to defend my self, the last two hunters surround me, my vision is black so i have to rely on my hearing. A pain works its way along my forearm, letting me know the hunter was close. Without me looking i jump knocking the hunter over, his friend attacks me from behind but i don't feel it, my focus is on the hunter i pinned.I leisurely lean towards his throat, my lips fold back to reveal my sharp teeth, his shrieks could be heard for miles i expect but i'm not bothered.
Me and my brother finished the last hunter quickly and effectively, as soon as we were done my body gives in leaving me to the mercy of the cruel woods and i hoped my brother would be my protector like he always has been.
