chapter 7: shops

Kaydens pov

My sister and mate went on ahead of us, I could smell the sex Jason had with my sister but i ignored it.We walked into the shops and found our mates eyeing dress in the most expansive shop, i rolled my eyes and we went into it.

By the time we had come out, both Colleen and Kira had bags of clothes we spoil our matesi think to myself, every shop was the same, me and Jason started to get bored and wondered off to the game shop.

i text Mouse Hey you coming to the shops?x but he didn't reply strangei think. KIra was eyeing a little border collie pup when we met up with them, they both turned to us "can we please" they said at the same time.

"fine, but after we have finished" i said and light filling their eyes. a puppy really we are wolves i think, rolling my eyes i gently guided colleen to the snack bar.

We bought four of everything, one for each of us. and we ate in silence. " why do you want a puppy anyway?" i ask Colleen and KIra.

"Because they are going to kill it if no one buying it today" Colleen says with tears in her eyes, i nod and we head towards the pet shop.

When we enter, smells assault me and i find myself wanting to get out if here, the shop owner comes and asks us if we are ok and i ask him about the black and white border collie pup.

We spent ages waiting for him to confirm its for sale and when he does we ask to buy it. The pup comes out and KIra goes to him, his tail is between his legs but Colleen goes and they both bond with the pup.

three hours later we are on our way home with the pup and bags of shopping when i hear a scream, a mother comes up to me " help please, there's a man and hes going to hurt my baby boy!" she cries.

i nod and take off to where i heard the child scream, i round the corner to see a man with a gun "come any closer and i'll blow his brains out" he yells to me.

I weight my options i could rush him and hope he doesn't pull the trigger or i could wait until the police come, Kira bends down to the pup she has named spike and lets him off the lead, he runs towards the man and jumps him, causing the gun to fall to the floor.

it only takes me seconds to dispatch him, i leave him tied up for he police with a note in his pocket, we head home and spike looks a lot happier then when he was in the pet shop.

We get home and spike goes to spread his scent everywhere, me and Jason go amd make dinner whiles Kira and Colleen play with their new friend.
