Here are the guilds sorted by kingdom! If you wish to join you must first have been accepted into the world by the goddess meaning you already have a shop or a noble place or have joined the army. then comment inline with the guild you wish to join under the joining comment and the guild leader will get back to you.
If you are a guild master then you must first inline comment on your guild"joining?" And that will be how they contact when they wish to join.
The guild masters job is to
A. Keep his guild on track
B. Keep his guild in the rules
C. Decide who gets to be in the guild.
You also get to decide how many people get to be in your guild. Be it 3 or be it unlimited its up to the guild leader.
