It had been a week since Amy started living with Harry. She didn't leave the house because she was scared of the paparazzi. Harry had tried to convince her but she simply was too mortified to go out. Instead, she would spend her day in her playroom doodling in her notebooks, sleeping or just staring outside admiring the scenery from her bedroom balcony. The management had hired a bodyguard and nanny to watch her while Harry was at work. Amy wasn't allowed to do anything that might stress her out. She was forced to eat a lot because the doctor had said she was showing traces of ulser.

At the studio, Harry's mind was wrappes up on how to get Amy out of the house. Louis noticed how distracted he was and decided to confront him about it after their first recording session. Harry sat on the couch staring at his phone with a bored expression.

"You seem a bit down. Trouble with Amy?" Harry looked up at Louis who was now seated beside him. He sighed rubbing his forehead. "Is she okay?"

"Honestly, I don't know. I've tried to get her to leave the house but she won't budge. I don't want her to be locked up. She needs to go out and have fun. I think she's hiding something. She claims it's the press."

Louis scrunched his face up as he thought about it. "Just give her time. She'll eventually get bored and want to leave. It's normal. I've experienced it with the twins."

Harry nodded reluctantly. After recording, he quickly got into the uber car the studio had called for him and went home. He was a bit frustrated to find the fans hanging around. He got out only to have them all rushing towards him.

"Hi Harry! Can you sign my shoe?!"

"Harry! Can I snap a picture with you?!"

"Will you marry me?!"

Harry managed to push past them but one person caught his eyes. "Lucy?" She smiled waving a bit. Harry grabbed her hand and pulled her through his gates with him. "What are you doing here?"

"I was wondering if I could see Amy." Lucy blushed. "I just want to see if she's okay. And I wanted to ask if she'd like to come with me and my friends to a little show we're having. It's just like a singing battle."

Harry smiled. "Sure. Let's go in." He led her into the house. She awed at the house beaming. She couldn't believe she was in Harry Styles' house. A woman who looked in her late fifties came out beaming.

"Welcome back Harry. Amy's just woken up from her nap."

Harry smiled. "Hello Mrs. Wayne. This is Lucy, a friend of Amy's."

"Hello love. I'll be going now Harry. I'll be back next week."

"Okay Mrs. Wayne. Have a lovely day." Harry turned to Lucy as the old woman let herself out. He motioned for Lucy to follow him upstairs. He walked up to Amy's room and slowly opened it. Amy was perched on her window sill looking out with a distant look on her face. "Ames."

She jumped off and ran up to Harry hugging him around his leg. "Hi! I was bored and...Lucy!"

She detached herself from his leg and hugged Lucy making the older girl chuckle. "You look healthier Amy."

Harry excused himself leaving the two girls to talk. Amy showed Lucy around her room and Lucy felt so happy for her. They both lay on the bed just looking up and talking about random things.

"Hey, I was wondering if you'd like to go with me tomorrow night for a singing battle. It'll be fun! My school organised it and anyone is free to come or even join." Lucy brought the subject nervously. Amy smiled.

"I'd love to go. Wait, we can actually come and sing?" Lucy nodded. "Well, I'll sing too."

"Really?!" Lucy yelled jumping up. "You can join me and my friends in our band. We're only three in our band but we need a maximum of four and we've been looking for someone to join."

"Cool. I'd love to join." Amy beamed. "So, where is it?"

"I'll send you the address. You have a phone, right?" Amy withdrew her iPhone and handed it to Lucy. She put her number on it and Amy did likewise to hers. They spent another hour talking before Lucy left after getting a call from her mum. Amy sighed slumping into the couch. She hated to admit it but she was bored of locking hersekf up in the house.

"Ames." She looked up and saw Harry standing by the kitchen door. "Dinner."

She got up and ran into the kitchen. She sat on one of the high stools around the island. Harry pushed a plate of noodles towards her. She grinned happily and started eating it. Harry just sat opposite her watching her with an amused expression in his face. She had Niall's eating style. When she was done, she looked up st Harry beaming.

"I'm bored!" She exclaimed jumping off her seat. "So, let's play a game!"

"Okay, what game?" Harry asked her as they walked into the lounge. Amy bit her bottom lip and looked up. HarrHarry learnt that to be her thinking face which was very cute.

"No, no game. Let's tell each other stories from our lives!" She squealed. "So, you go first."

Harry started racking his brain for a good story and finally came up with one. "Okay, here's one. When I was six, my mum made me go to our neighbor's daughter and apologise for breaking her doll. When I got there, her door was open so I let myself in. I knew where her room where was so I went there. I forgot to knock and opened the door. She was standing naked in the middle of the room pulling down her panties. We bought stood there screaming for a few minutes before her mother caught me and called my mum over. None of them took it seriously and laughed it off. Ever since then, it's been really awkward between us."

Amy had started laughing in the middle the story. "That's gross! Okay, my turn! When I was five, I was walking to school and I found this puppy on the street. It's leg was trapped under box. I helped it but it couldn't walk well cause it's leg was injured. I put the puppy in my bag and took it to school. I forgot about it a little while into school, then snacks time came. I opened my bag and the puppy rolled out of the bag. My teacher taught it was very sweet of me and we both went to the vet to help it heal. They said he was very sick and would die in a few months. I got to keep the puppy till then. It was my only friend cause everyone in my class thought I was weird. We were best friends, then he died. It hurt a lot. His name was Luke. I miss him."

Harry watched her slowly tearing up. He pulled her into his lap and kissed her forehead. Amy looked up at him.

"Everyone left me, you'll leave soon, cause you're not real. Nothing is real anymore. I'm dreaming. You could never care about me. It's too good to be real."

Harry had no idea what to say. He just stared down at the girl in his laps. He pressed a lingering kiss to her forehead. He searched her eyes and all he saw was pain, sadness, fright and...loneliness.

"I'm not letting you go that easy Amy." He muttered.
