She then opened the door-

And immediately runs inside.

Or, she would have is she hadn't run into a torso.

"Oh crap!" (Y/n) grunts out in surprise as the person she bumped into held her by the shoulders to stabilize her.

"Sorry about that (Y/n)- I didn't see you there," The other person apologized before releasing the young girl.

"Oh no- don't worry about it. It was my fault I should have been more careful," The young girl then turns and motions toward you. "I was just showing the reader what goes on behind the scenes- but I didn't expect you guys to be here,"

"We were looking over some of the authors storyboard and see if we could either fit into one of them or create a new one with us in it," The man explained.

"Oh yeah- the author never really bothered with you or your brother, huh Dreadwing,"

Dreadwing shakes his head before looking over to you and smiled. "Hello, I am Dreadwing. A pleasure," He then holds his hand out to shake.

You smiled back and gently grab his hand whilst giving it a firm shake.

"Oh- you also said 'we'?..." You questioned.

"My brother Skyquake is in here as well- I would say come in but the author warned me about all of this," Dreadwing drawled our as he crossed his arms and leaned on the door frame.

(Y/n) chuckled sheepishly as she rubbed the back of her head.

"I swear your probably worse then that spirderman actor," Dreadwing shakes his head in amusement- causing you to chuckle.

"Dreadwing, I think I've made a good storyboard for us," You heard someone call from inside.

Dreadwing turns his head inside before calling out to the other person to come over.

An not a moment later did you see the face of Skyquake appear.

"Oh?" He immediately noticed you. "Hello, who are you?"

You introduced yourself.

"It's nice to meet you," And you both shake hands.

"Don't let them in brothers," Dreadwing said as he looked at you and (Y/n) playfully. "The author's order,"

"Really? And why is that?"

"She said that (Y/n) will spoil the story by showing the story boards,"

"Ah I see. Well then," Skyquake then leaned on the other side of the door frame whilst looking at you both smugly. "We can't risk trashing any of the boards now can we?"

"You guys are so cruel," (Y/n) complained.

"For your own good," They both then responded with smiles.

You chuckled at their small banter- seeing how close they are to one another.

"Welp, me and the reader have to go find the author to check in with her. Do you guys know where she is?" (Y/n) asked as she placed her hands in her pockets.

"I'm positive that she's in the studio right now. I think she's planning some more story boards," Dreadwing answered as he subtly rubbed his chin in wonder.

"She has a perfectly working office to work in and of all places, she chose the studio," (Y/n) deadpanned.

"You know how she is- she'll be anywhere, in any circumstance and she'll suddenly have an idea,"

"Since your looking for the author, why don't we walk together?" Skyquake butted in before turning around and into the board room. A moment later, he came back with a few pieces of paper in his hands. "Me and Dreadwing need to turn these into her,"

"What are those papers?" You asked the broad man- who in turn faced you.

"These are some story boards that me and Dreadwing came up with which focuse around us two and (Y/n)- seeing as there has not been a single chapter involving us," Skyscraper explained- before suddenly snapping his fingers. "Which reminds me, she completely forgot about Breakdown,"

"Oh, even I kinda forgot about him," (Y/n) sheepishly rubs the back of her neck. "But anyway, lets get going and find the author!"

And off they went.

Of course, I just had to write about the brothers that I completely neglected- as well as mentioning the Hammer-wielding mech who I forgot existed 🙃

Anyway, that's the second part! In the next chapter, you'll meet some more people- so get ready.

And one more thing...
New cover! What do you guys think??

(...to be honest, the coloring of the words are meh to me- I've tried multiple shades but I just can't find the right one. I'll fix it later...)
