JORDYNS POV

its thursday morning and the boys, gwen, and i are on our way to the club to set everything up while karli and shawn go shopping and such. karli hasnt spoken to nash, nash hasnt spoken to karli. its like you can cut the tension with a knife (5sos.amnesisa.) when they are around eachother. 

"jo, can you come help me blow these balloons up!" gwen yelled. i nodded and began walking towards her.

i walked past nash, "balloons arent the only thing you'll be blowing today." he smirked. i gasped.

"shut up, nash!" matt yelled from across the room. 

i sat down next to gwen and began blowing up the balloons with helium, "when do you think karli and nash will make up? i mean, we all know karli can hold a grudge for like ever."

i nodded in agreement, "i really dont know. i mean, nash accused her of cheating on shawn, you know how she is about that stuff." 

"yeah, its just almost like awkward when the two of them are around in a big group of people together, they tell eachother like death threats with the glares they send eachother." gwen replied. 

"you got that right." i finished.

KARLIS POV

"happy birthday, babe!" i yelled as i woke shawn up. he smiled and sat up.

"thank you baby! whats the plan for today!" he replied.

"well in the morning aka right now, were gonna go walk around, get food, shop, that sorta thing because the boys and gwen and jordyn are out doing boring stuff. and then around 9ish i have a suprise for you mr.mendes." i smiled.

he let out a deep chuckle, "what kind of suprise?" 

"not the kind your hoping for, ill tell you that much." i laughed, we both went and changed and then left the hotel around 1ish.

6 HOURS LATER

SHAWNS POV

"hey guys! we're back!" i shouted as i walked into the girls room where everyone was.

"hey shawn! happy birthday!" everyone replied. ah i love my fam!

"kar, its almost 7:00, we should get going." gwen said. all the girls got up and stood at the door.

"get going? where?" i asked. karli smiled kindly.

"youll realise soon enough." i kissed her goodbye and then they left.

"please sit, shawn." matt said in a fatherly way.

i sat down on karlis bed next to hayes.

"tonight, will be a night you wont forget. and shawn please please please, just dont make memories with karli that if i find out about, someones going to die." he continued, folding his hands.

"meaning?" i asked.

nash replied, "meaning the nashty." i smiled embarrassed.

"dont worry, i wont." lies. all lies.

taylor looked at me knowingly, "hes lying. lies. all lies." damn can he read minds!

"i trust you will make a wise decision, shawn." matt finished. i nodded.

"nothing to worry about, matt." i reasurred him. he nodded.

"alright, now nash, hayes, same for you two. if i find out ANYTHING, your dead." matt said. both boys nodded.
