"Breakfast was good, Nash. Too bad you didn't think of making enough..." Shawn commented. Nash nodded, knowing that his plan failed. Then, it went silent for a couple of moments. "Uh, I think it's time to go now. We have to get to my church to go to ValleyFair." I say, getting up out of my chair. Shawn nods, and gets up with me. I walk to the door with Shawn, and the other boys tag along behind us.
We get to my church, only it's just Nash, Shawn, Matt, and I that came along. "Where's Cam?" Matt asks. Nash checks his phone. "Oh, I forgot to tell you guys! Cam is recently at the hospital because he fell off of his penny board and cracked his head open. But he said he'll be fine." Nash told us. I gasp. "Oh no!" I say. "Ayeeee, that must have hurt!" Matt commented. I nod in agreement. I think for a moment. "Maybe we should go to the hospital and see him instead of going to ValleyFair." I suggest. Shawn looks at me in concern. "Do you really want to give up going to ValleyFair?" Shawn asks. I nod. "Certainly." I tell him with no hesitation. Matt nods his head. "We should! We wouldn't be good friends if we didn't." Matt says in agreement. Nash sighs, but then says, "Okay. I guess we could go see him. I mean, he's my best friend! Why wouldn't we?" Nash says.
