"Hey Flowers," Jungkook greeted, sending a bright smile towards Taehyung's direction.

Tae just lightly smiled at the little sunshine. Jungkook was happy enough to just get a teeny weensy smile and sat down next to Taehyung. Taaehyung's brown hair was tousled and messy, sticking up in some places. His eyes stared at Jungkook, lightly shimmering as his eyelashes delicately framed them. His puffy cheeks were dusted with a light pink blush and his lips were pulled into a light content smile.

Jungkook continued to talk about his day and about anything he thought off. Taehyung, though looked like he didn't care, listened to every word that came out of the younger's mouth. Jungkook always talked animatedly about everything with a huge grin on his face, his eyes glistening out of happiness. Jungkook was really beautiful and Taehyung couldn't help but admire him.

Jungkook turned his head to look at Taehyung and pouted when he saw he wasn't smiling much. "Why don't you smile. Am I not trying hard enough?" He asked the older sadly, looking down and keeping the tears in.

"It's not that," Tae's velvety voice called out quietly. He took one of Jungkook's hands and held it, tracing patterns into the top of it with his thumb. "You are amazing and your efforts aren't wasted. You make me happy every single day you visit me, even if you can't tell," he reassures.

"Then why don't you show it to me."

Tae looked down, grasping Jungkook's hand a little tighter. "Because you need to stop. This is not going to last forever and you shouldn't waste your time. Anytime soon, I will be left alone, like I was always meant to be."
