The only thing I can do
In the garden
In this world
Is to bloom a pretty flower that resembles you
And to breathe as the me that you know
But I still want you
I still want you

Taehyung was still scared. Many possibilities were floating in his head along with the doubt that resided in his gut. He couldn't help but think about how Jungkook could leave him anytime he wanted. Jungkook could just one day decide that he no longer wanted to be associated with Taehyung and not appear at the bench. And the worst part? Taehyung would be able to do absolutely nothing about it.

And damn did his unfortunate thoughts become a reality. Jungkook didn't appear. Not today, not the next and not the whole week.

Taehyung knew it, he knew that he could never hold onto someone like Jungkook, he was meant to get better and be with someone that completes him.

It had started to rain. The clouds felt upset as there was no longer a smile on Taehyung's beautiful face and couldn't help but cry. You could no longer tell whether the liquid on Taehyung's face was his tears or the raindrops. He wept and wept, the loneliness really catching up to him. Was this the worlds cruel way to tell him that he shall always be lonely? That there is no one for him? To be stripped off the only thing he had ever found joy in? To lose the best thing that had ever happened to him?

Through his swollen eyes and the thick rain, he saw a figure stumbling towards him. Maybe it was Jungkook? No, the hair was bright blonde and he was a lot shorter than Jungkook. The figure sat beside Taehyung and that was when he heard the soft sobs coming from the shorter.

"Taehyung," he called in a small voice.

Taehyung did not reply.

"Jungkook used to talk about you. He loved you and the way you made him laugh. There was nothing that would make him happier."

Used? Loved? Made? Would? Why was he talking in past tense?

"I know what you're thinking, why I am talking in past tense," He said, laughing dryly. "It's because he's dead."

And the two continued to cry for the boy that captured their hearts using his bambi eyes and his bunny smile.
