As we dodged and weaved the danger on the track, I felt an urge to take control of the car as this was something I would do in the wasteland. My arms were not only holding on, but in perfect synchronization with Jak as we knew what to do even if I could only look over my shoulder. Soon, a gap was coming up.

Not just a normal gap in the road, it was a jump! Jak looked up to me, as I nodded. Quickly we both turned to the right, making my body fall face first on Jak and only make the car jump as my body felt weightless as I clutched my eyes shut like an idiot.

In the few moments we had... it was a lot more than supposed to be. Looking around I could see light exposing on my wrist.

Jak used his Light Eco...

As I saw his wrist on mine, I quicky guided myself to my seat. As time fell faster and the moment we hit the tip of the track, it resumed back to normal. The car bobbled and bounced, slowly we slide back into the normal pattern of what we were supposed to. Jak focused on the road again, as I held onto what I was grabbing with a tight squeeze.

Approaching fast, a shield ahead of us was there. Jak seemed to fail at breaking the vehicle and didn't even slow down for us. We both seemed to have the same idea as we jumped out only to roll on the ground as land on our asses...

Something about hearing his breathe made me calm down, the rush of the track was unforgettable. Feeling the entirety of the gush of wind on my face and body made me felt more alive then I've ever been. It was-

"Aiden, are you okay?" Daxter looked to me, seeing my focus on the crashed car  that I failed to notice but in front of me.

"Ye-Yeah..." I mumbled, feeling my hand still squeezed onto something. Looking to it, it was Jak. Somehow I held onto him the whole time. Pulling back, the rush in my blood also died out. "Sorry there,-" I say as I rock my body backwards. Setting my hands on the floor and pushing and jumping to my feet without trouble. "-we should get going." Adding to my sentence for Jak to follow my lead.

Suddenly stopping, I look behind to see Jak hovering up in the air with a light blue light shining down on him. Suddenly he looked a lot more calmer, the flame in his eyes retreated and his patients seem to thicken. Dropping itself down to the floor, he looked down to his hands and then squeeze them only to release a blue bubble around him. He looked... beautiful.

"Hey!" A scream that distracted us from Jak, made us look. Pecker was here, drawing my thoughts to his annoying voice but only the annoying factor. Jak's new power was... magic. It wasnt like any regular eco either. Made me, feel... so unfair. My hair was brushed back by my hands and I slowly listened in. "-will follow me!" Pecker pointed to me, as my eyes lit up in surprise from the pointing.

"Wait what?" I answered.

Jak and Daxter seemed to roll their eyes as I was just confused.

"We're taking the long way round." Pecker flew on my shoulder, pointing to the direction.

"What? I can-"

"No, we're going this way. My wings are tired anyways." Pecker mumbled.
