Laura's PoV

It's been a normal day anyway I was walking down the corridor when I saw Dylan with another girl he kissed her.

Laura: Dylan?

He faced me wide eyed I looked at the girl it was Courtney.

Dylan: it's not what....

Laura: you're cheating on me

Dylan: she came onto me....

Laura: liar! We are through!

Before he can get another word in I ran I didn't know where I was going until I bumped into a hard chest I was about to fall but the person caught me.

???: what's wrong?

I looked up and saw Ross he looked worried.

Laura: I'm so sorry

Ross: for what?

Laura: I didn't listen when you told me about Dylan

Ross: what about him?

Laura: he cheated on me

Ross: with who?

Laura: if I say who you won't believe me

Ross: Laura I told you that I would believe you and protect you

Laura: it was Courtney

Ross: what?

Laura: I'm sorry

Ross: it's not your fault

Laura: *cries into Ross's shoulder*

???: what happened?

Ross: I need to do something Raini so could you look after Laura

Raini: sure

I went with Raini to calm down

Ross's PoV

I walked off to find Dylan I don't care about what Courtney did because I will sort all our stuff out tomorrow or whenever but since Dylan has hurt my friend well I don't know if we're best friends but you know what I mean anyway I found Dylan talking with one of his friends.

Dylan: Ross

Ross: I can't believe what you just did

Dylan: what?

Ross: you hurt Laura

Dylan: why do you care?

Ross: she is a friend of mine and I won't have anyone like you hurting her

Dylan: it's mine and Laura's business not yours

Ross: you just made it my business

Dylan: *glares*

Ross: *glares*

We then started a fight he started it I finished it .

Laura: Ross!

Courtney: that's my man

Laura: bitch

Laura attacked Courtney as soon as Dylan was out I walked over to Laura and pulled her away from Courtney.

Ross: Laura be careful you will get in trouble

Laura: *nods*

Laura stood by my side Courtney slowly stood up.

Courtney: you're suppose to be protecting me not her I'm your girlfriend

Ross: you cheated on me with Dylan so no but also I'm breaking up with you

Courtney: *glares*

Ross: let's go Laura

Laura: *nods*

We walked away.

Laura: I'm sorry I should've listened to you

Ross: it's not your fault

Laura: *hugs Ross*

Ross: *taken back but hugs back*

Laura: thank you

Ross: no problem

We went to the front of the school.

Ross: don't blame yourself for what Dylan did

Laura: but it is my fault I should've listened to you

Ross: it's okay it's not your fault

Laura: *looks down*

Ross: *lifts Laura's head up* don't worry about it I will help you and protect you like I promised you when we were younger.

Laura: *slowly smiles*

I gave a small smile and made Laura laugh.

Laura: you always know how to make me laugh Ross

Ross: I know

Laura: *giggles* cocky

Ross: *smiles*

The bell rang and we did all of our lessons Laura stayed with me at break and lunch.

After school

Me and Laura ran out of the school Raini and Calum got into Raini's car while me and Laura got into my car and I drove to Laura's house.

At Laura's house

I parked the car outside her house.

Laura: Ross can you come inside?

Ross: sure

I stopped the engine and got out I walked inside Laura's house since Laura was the first one to walk into the house.

Ross: I'll be here for you

Laura: thank you Ross

Ross: no problem

Laura: *smiles*

Laura turned the TV on.

Ross: want to put a movie on?

Laura: *nods* you can pick

Ross: okay

I went through her DVD cupboard and looked through them all I chose wonder.

Laura: I should've known you would pick wonder

Ross: *smiles*

Laura: *giggles*

We set it up and got snacks and drinks Laura got pillows and blankets and we both sat on the sofa Laura rested her head on my chest with a blanket over us and pillows behind us.

I've missed this I could never do this with Dylan or anyone else but Ross because he gets me I'm just so glad that we are friends again but I'm worried about Courtney she has been sending me those texts again.
