Scott's POV
"Scott your phone..." Lydia stated as my phone lit up and started vibrating against the passenger seat. "It's Malia" she said confused as she handed it over from the backseat where she sat with Zara's head in her lap.
"Hello," I answered.
"Uh Scott... we have a problem, I don't think we're going to the hospital." Malia stated
"What do you mean, why? Is there something wrong with the car?" I questioned
"No, it's Asher he has no burns or any sign of fire even touching his skin." Malia said in disbelief.
"How could be have nothing on him?" I questioned to myself speaking out loud.
"Scott," Lydia started, what if he's supernatural, like Parrish, what if he's... a hellhound?" Lydia said almost shocked
"That's not possible." I stated, there were only 2 hell hounds left including Parrish and Halwyn is dead.
"But Scott, what other explanation do you have?"
Lydia's POV
"But Scott, what other explanation do you have?" I questioned
"Oh my god, Scott" I said flustered "She-she's healing, the burns they're disappearing"
"Meet us at the Sheriffs department it looks like we have more than one mystery." Scott said to Malia as he hung up.
"What do you mean they're disappearing?" Scott questioned in disbelief.
"They're going away, Scott... wait I think she's waking up"
"Asher, Asher, where's Asher, oh my god tell me he's okay, I should've been able to save him" Zara said as she started crying and shot up from my lap as if nothing ever happened.
"Zara, Zara it's okay, he's okay." I soothed her
Zara's POV
"Asher, Asher, where's Asher, oh my god tell me he's okay, I should've been able to save him" I said crying as I shot up form Lydia's lap.
"Zara, Zara it's okay, he's okay." Lydia stated as she tried soothing me.
"I-I feel different." I stated as I looked down at myself.
"I'm hungry" I grumbled as I looked out the window.
"What do you mean you're hungry you just woke up from the dead?" Scott said questioningly as he looked at me through the rear view mirror.
"It's a different kind of hungry." I stated
"What do you mean different kind?" Lydia asked.
"I don't know... it's just different" I trailed off and shrugged.
"We're here lets see how Asher is doing." Scott announced.
"What do you mean you said Asher was okay?" I questioned and looked at Lydia concerned.
"He is, he just.. how do you say, no evidence of being burned." Lydia stated.
"Wait the fire... I don't have any burns either. What's happening? What happened?" I questioned
"Well to be far, you did, they just kind of healed? We watched them disappear." Lydia stated.
"How did I? What?" I said confused
