(Another Author's note: This is the final chapter that I wrote before I discarded the story altogether. I'll explain later.)

Dolly wakes up, unable to tell what is real and what is not. "W-what...? Where am I?" Dolly says in wonder. Scanning around the room, Dolly guesses that she is in a hospital... but why?

A nurse comes in and grabs a hold of Dolly's gurney and strolls it to a waiting room. "Where am I miss?" Dolly asks.

"You are in the hospital." the nurse replied.

"Why?"

"Your neighborhood was attacked by a group of men wearing black. Your house was the first victim and you were still asleep. Your parents called the police, but the officers were too late. Your house was burned down to little pieces of charcoal.Your family survived though, so everything is fine with them." The nurse replies.

I must tell you, that Dolly cried when she heard the bad news. Dolly could take a beating, and be close to death by torture, but nothing will make her cry. Unless... her heart was shattered into little shards of despair. Dolly is a tough girl, yes, but even the toughest people can have broken hearts. The hearts that are mended back together, are usually the hearts of revenge. Only the purest of hearts can be mended perfectly.

Dolly couldn't take it, she had to see her family to feel safe. The nurse told her she was being brought to a visitor to talk about what happened. Who was at the waiting room? None other than Jackson himself.

Jack sat at the chair nearest to the desk, looking anxious. Dolly's gurney was in view, so jack shot up like an anxious dog ready for his owner's arrival.

"Are you okay? Are you hurt? What happened?! All I heard was a loud crash, and when I came your house was on fire and your family was being pulled into a cart!" Jackson said, running out of breath.

"Hold on a minute! Take it slow. I'm fine and so are my parents." Dolly said.

"But then why did I hear screaming in your parent's room?!"

"WHAT?" Dolly screamed as she ran towards her parent's room. There was no way in her life that she would hear her parents screaming. Her mom and dad waited in their beds, startled at whatever they just saw. "Mom?! Dad?!!"

In a rage of worry, Dolly sped to her parents and hugged them. "I have something to tell you Dolly, and Jackson..."

"How do you know my name?" Jack asked, but all he got was a small grin from Dolly's mom.
