"Ugh...shit! Fuck these flimsy tiles in this stupid fucking apartment!" You cursed out loud, covering your mouth afterwards. You hope your roommate, a monster hybrid named Impact, didn't hear you; or else you'd have to waste the a whole dollar out of your five dollar tip from your job as a barista on his swear jar.

A few minutes passed, and no skeleton-ghost monster walked into your bathroom.

With a sigh, you rubbed your face with the palm of your hands, rubbing the tired from your eyes. "I hate his apartment. I hate school, I hate this building...," you thought about more things you hate for a bit, before dropping your shoulders. "Eh, that's about it." You spoke out loud.

You moved in with Impact your senior year of college, trying to get a head start on becoming an adult so you're not confused. So far, it has been working.

So you, dear reader, might be wondering, 'what about the tiles in the bathroom?'

Well, you have anger problems; which include violent bursts of attitude, well, anger, cursing, and you become irritable much quicker than anyone normal would. But, you aren't normal, hah.

You're special~

'Hahahahaha, I crack myself up.' You thought to yourself with a smile. Well, because of your anger problems, you tend to, Uh, kick and punch the tiles on the wall of your shower.

And you've broken the wooden panels on the floor.

Thank god you didn't have downstairs neighbors.

You heard running footsteps, growing louder and closer with each second. Suddenly, the door broke open. "(Y/N)! You okay?! I heard yelling, and tried to finish up cooking before I came to check on you, because I mean, I don't want the house to burn down, and then you get (possibly) even more hurt-"

"Impact, dude, dude, calm down; one of the tiles in the shower just fell off." You said, turning and pointing your thumb at the fallen tile and saw dust that covered the bottom of the shower floor.

You two shared a glance, the look of guilt soon flooding over your now beet red face.

"Your shower is COMPLETELY ruined! Now we'll have to pay more to have people come and fix it!" Impact said, covering his face, a muffled scream coming from behind his bony palms.

You set a hesitant hand on his shoulder, giving a sheepish smile and a shrug. "Well, I guess I'll just have to get extra dolled up for work This next week; thank god it's almost the weekend, 'cause that's the busiest time." You said.

"Well, we better get saving!" You said. Impact stated off into space for a while, snapping back into reality himself. "Why don't we take a look at the swear jar, that's accumulated almost half of it with dollars in the past month." Impact said, slightly sarcastically sassy.

You smiled, a blush covering your cheeks as you playfully punched his shoulder.

"Well, time to get saving!"
