Guys, before we begin PLEASE comment I NEED idea's for what we could send in to Emily and Lola as a sponsor gift. I have one idea, I totally forgot that Lola got pretty badly injured at the bloodbath. I'll do a flasbback for you.

Lola's POV.

Day 10.

We have been stuck inside our cave for a day now. The arena has been getting colder and colder. The Gamemakers are looking for a show, and right now, they're not getting anything.

I can tell Emily is getting restless. She wants to hunt. It's part of her Career training. Honestly, I wouldn't mind going out and hunting myself right now. Anything to keep busy. Anything to make the arena end faster.

And the whole time we sit together in this cold rock cave, silent, there's the inevitable fact that we're allies. We'll do better as a team until the end, when we're forced to kill each other.

We know we need to break it off soon. There's only six of us left. I never thought I'd make it this far. But I have. Maybe I can win.

The sound of a cannon suddenly sounds through the quiet late afternoon. We look at each other and I go to the front of the cave. Camille Nicoletta's face with only the writing District 10 underneath her picture flashes in the darkening sky.

"Camille," I say.

Emily nods. "Can't believe she made it this far anyway. She has no real talent."

I grin. Emily has no filter. She doesn't care what other people think of her, because she knows that she could kill them.

"I'm going to sleep," she says, crawiling into the sleeping bag.

I get comfortable by the cave entrance. I sit and watch the snow. It reminds me of Chritsmas. The night sky, the snow falling and covering everything. It is cold now, so I slip into my jacket, the arms warm from being tied around my waist.

I have just rested my head on the back of the cave wall to get more comfortable, certain that there is no one out hunting, not even the Careers, when I hear something.

A gentle beeping. At first, I think it's just the birds. Then, I see silver. Something floating, larger than snow.

A parachute!

I grab my dagger and slide out of the cave mouth. I run to the parachute, snatching it out of the air. I long to open it, to see what is inside. But I can't. Not yet.

I take a breath and relax, looking into the sky. Snow falls from the sky like little angels. Stars twinkle. I wish it was the real sky. I wish I was looking at a real December sky. Real stars. Not a dome.

I sigh and go back in. Pulling in the parachute, I shake Emily awake.

"Emily. Emily, wake up!"

She is immediately up, a hand on her knife, eyes on the cave enterance.

"What? What is it? Who's out there?"

"No one," I say calmly.

"Then why-"

I dangle the parachute in front of her nose.
