I love my nurses and have great respect for them.
But sometimes I despair. Like when I haven't had a chance to have lunch yet. And it's already 4pm. In the first breath, they're telling me to have lunch. In the second breath, they're asking me to 'just quickly do something' which amounts to another two hours' worth of work.
In the end, I left work an hour late at 6pm and not having eaten since breakfast at 8am earlier on that day.
