Red's P.o.V:

Thus, we arrived at this girl's appartment without getting caught. There was just a few people outside, but nobody asked us anything.

Inside, there was a living room with a couch and a T.V, and next to it was a little Kitchen with... Well... Everything you could imagine a kitchen to have. The usual refrigerator, cupboards, oven, and dishwasher.

Then, there was a door. Behind there was... Well... I won't tell what there was because it feels a little weird to describe to anyone the inside of a bathroom.....

There was two other doors however. Just after i noticed them, she started to talk:

-Those are leading to bedrooms. The one on the right is mine, but the one on the left is a gust room so... You can sleep here! She said joyfully.

I walked inside this room and it looked nice. I turned around to face her, and told her:

-Thank you for letting me stay at your place.

-You're welcome, Red. She told me with a smile. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me!

She then closed the door and left. I took off my shoes and layed myself onto the bed. Then i thought about myself, like i usually do when i'm alone.

Me, who lost everything after the attack of the lab, slept outside and had nowhere to go, I now find myself as the roomate of an Inkling girl, one member of the tribe hated by the Octarians for years.

Looks like fate does sometimes ironic things... But i don't complain. Because for the first time since  the lab incident, I felt like i wasn't alone. And with that thought in mind, i peacefully fell asleep.

Nelson's P.o.V:
I was running on the roofs of Inkopolis Square's habitations, the pale Moonlight and the neon lights being the only thing illuminating the town.

-Here it is. I said not to loud, reaching my destination.

It was a kettle. I quickly transformed into my squid form and stepped inside. I swam into a long tunnel, and i arrived at the Octo Canyon. It was quiet, but i didn't saw the people i came to see...

-You're late as always. But at least, earlier than usual. I heard someone tell me. I turned around and saw one of my co-workers.

-Sorry, Marie. I said to her.

-Don't worry...
