"Cal..? Callie...CALLA!" My attention snapped to the ginger sat in front of me, waving her hand at my face. "Sorry Red, I was miles away." I smiled, my hands propping my face up. Melody sighed and shook her head, her curly bob creating a ring of fire as she did so. "What's happened now?" She asked as she pulled out a sandwich. We often sat outside to eat lunch and chat with the others but today Melody had wanted to talk to me alone. My mind had been preoccupied with that damned note, however, and I hadn't paid attention to a word. I sighed, Red wouldn't leave it alone until I told her what happened. "Michael and Luke are looking for ways for them and Calum to hook up with us," I explained. The look on Red's face matched my own. "What the hell?!" She yelled, nearly throwing her sandwich across the quad. She shot me a dark look before quietly asking, "Why are you still calling that trollop Mikey as well? He's not that boy anymore Lily." Mel hasten to finish her sandwich before she actually threw it at someone. I flopped my dark purple fringe in my face. "He called me that today." I whispered, looking up. Melody looked ready to kill someone. "Last time he called you that, he practically wished you dead Cal. We've hardly used it since for fear of you going off the deep end again." Last year hadn't been my most stable one, I'd scared most of my friends and half the teachers. Not to mention the hospital visit. "I know Mel, I did slap him for it." I offered weakly. She knew as much as I did that I would never seem him as anything but our kind, sweet Mikey. Not really. He'd been my closest friend for a long time, it wasn't easy to let that go.

We met up with the our other friends after deciding to not tell anyone else about it. Not until we knew what they were up to at least. Ada saw us and started yelling at Red her news about the new boy, Ash?, and they quickly dissolved into gossip about him. I shot Justin and Daniel a swift smile before sitting next to Kiki and Morgiana. Morgiana's family have a thing for fairies, we just call her Morgan or M. Occasionally queen of the fairies but only when we were sure she was in a good mood. Kiki and Morgan were my tutor group friends, the terrible trio. Morgan was the princess with the eating disorder and Kiki could only come in for a few hours due to her anemia causing chronic fatigue. We started talking about the new couple, a boy in our tutor had started dating a girl two years below us. I glanced the shortest of our group streaking across the grass. I shot to my feet, yelling "YOU'VE GOT A BOYFRIEND, AND HE'S A TOTAL LOSER!" She stopped halfway across from us and yelled as loudly as possible back "ALL YOUR FRIENDS TELL YOU THAT HE'S GOT NO FUTURE-"

"BUT THEY LIKE ME! JUST SAYING." Ada finished before collapsing on the floor in fits of giggles. I shook my fringe and laughed. "Why are you so late G?" Gabriella tossed her gold blonde hair over one shoulder and sighed. "Must we yell those boys lyrics at each other? I know we love them but damn, I hate those boys! Well anyway next time it has to be Blink 182 'Miss You' for a change-" She looked at me and smiled slyly. "Oh. Yes, sorry I'm late. I was talking to 5 seconds of Summer's latest member."

"WHAT!" Ada yelled at the exact same time as me, bouncing to our feet again. 5 Seconds of Summer was Luke, Michael and Calum's new band. Unfortunately Gabriella, Ada and myself loved their music. But they couldn't make a drummer stick, always hiring one as they needed it. Until now it seemed. G smirked, enjoying the power she had momentarily over us. She didn't make it last long, thankfully. "Ashton. Fletcher. Irwin."
