Lavender
It's kind of beautiful in a way.
He's so protective of his little sister and the way he looks out for her warms my heart.
But to see him like this, good with kids I mean, I can't help but imagine if we had our own.
I'm allowed to do that, right?

"I want chocolate cookies today." Briana said, climbing onto the couch. "When will Mommy get home?"
"Soon." I told her.
"When will Daddy get home?" She asked.
"Soon." I said, handing her the cookies.
She took two and held them out to Lavender, who accepted them gratefully.
"I wanna call Gramma." Briana said.
"Homework first." I told her. "Isn't she coming to visit this weekend?"
"Yeah but I want to tell her not to come." Briana said, rubbing her face. "My cheeks still hurt when I chew."
I laughed and she got up, running to the living room.
I took Lavender's hand and led her upstairs.
She hesitated as I closed the door.
I rolled my eyes.
I just don't want Briana in my room.
She gave me a skeptical look and sat beside me on my bed.
You're so sensitive.
In a good way or a bad way?
Pretty good for such a bad boy.
Good. Can I tell you something?
?
You're the only person that's gotten away with calling me names.
She blushed.
Well I'm special aren't I?
I pulled her onto my lap so that she was straddling me.
We're not alone.
And?
And we shouldn't be doing this regardless.
We haven't done anything. Yet.
She rolled her eyes.
What?
You're so bad.
No I'm not. I just don't try to follow rules.
That's ok acually. Because every girl wants a bad boy who'll be good for her and I'm lucky enough to have found one.
So then is it true that I've found a good girl who'll misbehave just for me?
I don't know. I shouldn't be doing these things.
But you don't stop me, because you like it.
She bit her lip, blushing.
You don't have go be so lewd.
Would it be better if I said take your top off?
No. Thats even more grotesque.
I bet I could convince you to take it off.

RomanceTears clouded my vision and I tripped. "Whoa! Are you ok?" He asked, kneeling beside me. I got up ready to run again but he caught my wrist. "Lavender, please." I shook my head, struggling to pull my arm from his grasp. "Stop it." He said firmly. I...
