When I was typing out Chapter 13, I typed chapter 134 by accident. Then started laughing because this looked so funny. Aha 134 chapters haa get real, funny right! No? Oh okay then, I'll just um let you uh get on with the err update.
Chapter 13(4)
The beach glowed like a silver shimmering dream. The water was so incredibly transfixing. The boys had set up an amazing bonfire, of which the flames looked like they were licking the stars.
Our little gang consisted of Dave, who had his arm wrapped around a very topless Dana, Noah who was laying back on the sand stargazing with Chloe, (which kinda pissed me off cause it wasn't like he was flirting with Brianna all week or anything. Brianna was sitting side by side with Willis, which okay made me a tiny bit jealous when she'd throw her head back and laugh in the bikini she'd worn under her top! I mean really no one told me we needed a bikini, when I'd confronted them they laughed and said they had told me we were going to the beach. Which made me feel kinda stupid. But honestly Brianna could get lost. I mean he seriously isn't interested in her. Right? But looking at them I couldn't be so sure. There was a playful gleam in his eye and they were doing an awful lot of smiling at whispering.
Pfft what did I care. I meant what I said, Willis wasn't my type. And if Brianna wanted him she, she couldn't have him. My subconscious added.
Ignoring her, I looked out into the sea. Something tugging painfully in my chest. It was so beautifully tragic. The soft silver surface caressing the sky itself.
I looked back quickly, nobody was watching. Quietly I slid off my hoodie, then my skater skirt watching it pool loosely around my ankles. I kept my top on. I would freeze otherwise, and honestly I wasn't that confident.
Without a second thought I dashed into the cold icy sea, kicking up waves behind me.
"SH*T IT'S COLD!" I screamed as I thrashed in so that the water was waist high. My top floating around me.
The others laughed from the beach.
"No shit Sherlock." A voice sounded, but closer than the fading laughter. I whipped around to see Jed coming up behind me. I'd forgotten he was even here!
"Aww, how could you forget your main man Jed." He pouted playfully.
Oops must've said that out loud again. I swatted him before shivering at the chill that ran down my spine. Man it was freezing.
"So what made you up and jump into the ocean Riles?"
I turned my back to him, looking out at the sea again. I couldn't help the little grin that slipped onto my face, Riles. That's new.
"What made you up and follow me?" I said over the waves.
"Thought I'd keep you company." He grinned shoving his hands deep into his pockets of his shorts.
That drew my attention to his upper half, his abbs in particular. He'd taken his top off. Oh lawdylawd. He was naked. Well not naked but his sculptured torso was among the very few I'd seen in my miserable teenage years. This is why sluts exist. Because there are bodies this hot to craze over.
"My eyes are up here, however you may keep checking me out as long as you like." Jed grinned cheekily his lip ring glinting in the moonlight.
"Why'd you get this done?" I asked reaching a cold wet finger up to touch his lip. He shut his eyes and took a deep shaky breath through his nose. Then he opened his eyes as if waking up from a haze and his big cold hand darted out and grabbed my little one.
