My name is Tyler Robert Joseph, I was born on December 1st, 1988 in Columbus, Ohio, a really nice little city. The moment I got out of my mom's womb I knew It would be a tough life,  since it was snowing, but not just your average snowing, it was a giant storm, can't really describe how it looked like since ya know, I was just born, but we couldn't go home that day.

I'm a Sagittarius and I don't really believe in these kinds of things, but according to this website I found (http://www.astrology-zodiac-signs.com) I have great sense of humor, I'm generous, I like philosophy and freedom, which is... I guess true? I've always liked helping my local church out, maybe you've heard of it, it's in New Albany, the church's called Five14 Church, I there have chosen my family, all the love and support they have given me is a true blessing, that's why I feel the urge to return some of it. But that's not the only family I have, I have a family of my own and to be honest with you guys... I don't where I would be if it weren't for them. I live with mom and dad, Kelly and Cris, and my three siblings, Zack, Jay and Madison.

 A few of years ago I thought it would be a great idea to join the basketball team so I could get a scholarship for collage. I was actually good at it, it was good for all the stress and pressure I had from school and other things...I practiced and practiced all day, it helps a lot that my mom was actually a coach, so that was pretty cool. Me and my basketball team won second place, and they gave me my scholarship...But guess who turned it down? Yeah, I can't believe it either, I found my old keyboard that was just forgotten and laying around. When I discovered that I could create something to express what I felt and so other people could relate, I knew that this was the right path to choose. 

So when I first found my keyboard I headed down to my basement and started to play around with some sounds here and there, I kinda also just started to write stuff that I was feeling in the moment. I've always admired rappers like Tupac, Dr.Dre, Eminem, so I went and gave it a shot, and started rapping my own verses, I felt really cool, I might have not been the popular kid in my school but my mom thought I was cool. I wrote 19 songs for this lil' album called No Phun Intended, all tho I'm very hesitant  on choosing whether to put it out for the whole world to listen...I don't know If I'll ever have the courage to let those deep thoughts of my head getting exposed.But I also made a whole bunch of short songs expressing my love for TacoBell I mean, c'mooon, me and my friends were joking around and I decided to name our masterpiece "TB SAGA"

I now have a band named Twenty One Pilots, now I know it might be a silly name if we're just a 3 band member group, me, my bassist Nick and drummer Chris. But I came up with the name when I was studying a play, and in that play someone made a decision, and they sent out faulty airplane parts during the war, and 21 pilots died because they sent them out. Then that person who sent them out, that was the main character, he tried to justify why he sent those parts out, and he ultimately ended up committing suicide at the end of the play. It will always be a reminder that we have to make the right decisions, even when they weren't the easiest ones to make.
