As the curtain draws over this tale of trust I find myself standing in between so many happy, attached and emotional faces. I, the narrator hope through our play "A Tale Of Trust" that we have managed to entertain you.

I would like to thank our partner in comedy Ms. Pranjali Gupta, fondly called as Pranju for always bringing a smile in the darkest of scenes. Also for the perfection of the early scenes I would appreciate the efforts of our Miss Editor.

Friends, I will always like you to remember that A Tale Of Trust was a simple girl's journey to find the hidden virtues in her. It was a difficult road for her but what made her see the magical end was her perseverence and the love of the people around her. We have also tried to throw some light on a grave disease schizophrenia and we hope we have tried to make you understand how difficult a schizophrenic's life is but as our male protagonist fought his disease, everyone should fight their battles for a better tomorrow. It is never The End.

"Pssst..." Mr. Mehta, the head of Abhinay Theatres waved at DevAkshi who were sitting in the audience.

Through the female protagonist's sister's tale we have also tried to show what judgements, prejudices and lack of communication can do. The sister and her school friend were torn apart because she chose to see only one side of the coin. With the friends like they had, the sister and the boy were able to reunite. Also, we have tried to show how severe bullying can get and what wrong company can do to you.

SamAina who were sitting in the audience, looked at each other and then smiled at their entangled hands. They were indeed lucky!

It has been a journey of ups and downs and has given lessons on friendship, love and forgiveness. Atleast we've tried to. As this curtain is drawing to a close I hope we will always remember these lessons.

The curtain closed, the lights went off and the audience clapped. The cast came up and Sonakshi, joined them as the writer of the play. She had been writing best selling books, plays and had improved the quality content of Indian TV shows.

Dev cheered the hardest for her, closely followed by SamAina.

Sameer Maheshwari and Devrat Dixit were household names now. Dev had ventured into films and Sameer had made his mark in the TV industry. His eyes did all the acting even when his lips remained silent! Every producer wanted to work with him.

Naina had completed her graduation and was going to take a year off to prepare for UPSC. She wanted to be in the civil services and make a mark on people's life like her Sona di did.

Sonakshi came back in the audience stand and after saying their goodbyes DevAkshi and SamAina walked away in their own directions. Both the couples had their arms linked, hearts in sync and eyes full of memories of the long journey they had taken together.

On their way back to home,
Sameer stopped at an ice cream point.

"Zyada late honge toh Asha Aunty..."

"...Ko mai jawab de dunga." Sameer assured Naina.

They bought two chocolate chip ice creams and leaned on their car to eat their ice cream cones in the open. Their eyes were set on the star studded sky, together.

"I hope I can clear my exam in the first go." Naina said.

"You will. I am with you and I trust you." Sameer said.

"Then?"

"Then we'll convince your Safari Suit, Tayab Ali father for our marriage." Sameer's eyes had  their regular, naughty shine.

"Papa hai mere! Thoda toh ..." but Naina cracked up in mid sentence looking at his goofy face.

"Look, agar tumhare Papa ko mai pasand nahi bhi aaya toh mai tumhe utha ke le aaunga. My Nanu loves you!"

"More than he loves you." Naina added.

"That's true." Sameer said.

"I trust us. We'll get past every storm if we are together." Naina rested her head on Sameer's shoulder.

"And we'll always be together." Sameer added while wiping a little ice cream off Naina's nose.

On the other side, DevAkshi's car stopped in front of a coffee shop. The waiter didn't even need to take their orders, they were regular customers and he knew what  they would order very well.

"The result is positive? We ... You are pregnant?" Dev asked for the umpteenth time.

"Yes." Sonakshi held Dev's hand.

"I am scared Sonakshi. My disease can get genetically transferred to the child." Dev said.

"So can our courage and love! We will love the baby no matter what. We'll try our level best to be good parents." Sonakshi said.

The waiter gave their sandwich and coffee.

"I know you Sonakshi. You'll be the best mother ever." Dev smiled.

"I know you too, Dev. You'll be the most doting father ever but I won't let you spoil our son." Sonakshi said.

"It's a daughter."

"What if it's a son?"

"Toh number two choti Sonakshi hogi." Dev chuckled.

The stars shined over the two couples. The moon witnessed their talks and affectionately, spread it's moonlight on them.

"A little scared?" Dev asked Sonakshi.

"Aren't you scared?" Naina asked Sameer.

"No. I've got you." Sonakshi replied.

"No. We've got each other." Sameer told his Naina.

aao sunao tumhe ek kahani
aao sunao tumhe ek kahani

jaha ka tha raja
waha ki thi rani
suno chanda
suno chanda
suno chanda

mohabbat ka qissa
sab hi ka tha hisa
thi chandi ki guriya
tha sone ka guda

nazar lag gayi jaise
is dosti ko
tha guda tha deewana
thi guriya deewani

suno chanda
suno chanda
suno chanda

bahut pyar hai ye
ya taqrar hai ye
bahut pyar hai ye
ya taqrar hai ye
jo ruthega koi
to iqrar hai ye

ajab silsila-e-mohabbat
to dekho
ye uska deewana
wo iski deewani

suno chanda
suno chanda
suno chanda
