Her father told her that those nine months would go by fast and they did. She didn't think that she would've made it without her friends and family by her side. Ever since the funeral she's been trying to keep herself busy to take her mind off of things, she didn't want to stress herself with sadness so she decided to take her mind off of it with a little shopping. She found out that she was going to have a little boy and with the news she was on a mission to find the cutest outfits for her son. She smiled picturing him in little suits and hats and couldn't wait to hold him in her arms.

Caroline and Elena had done some shopping themselves to make sure that they had the fliest nephew in town. Bonnie was surprised about how much Damon helped out from time to time. He would offer to take her to appointments, he's been on multiple craving runs and was basically like her personal driver for most of the days. She really appreciated it and would thank him every time.

"That's my nephew in there; I need to know that he's alright." Was his excuse every time he would drop by.

Bonnie would just shake her head not knowing why he would just say that he wanted to help, but she appreciated it.

"So, do you want me in the room while you're pushin' him out?"

"Ew, no. If Stefan was here I probably wouldn't want him anywhere near down there."

"I don't think it would've mattered what you wanted, Stefan would've been in that room."

Bonnie chuckled, "Yeah, he would've broke down the damn door if he needed to."

Damon smiled and nodded knowing that it was true. His smile faded when he saw Bonnie twitch a little looking like she was in pain.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I think he's just kicking... What are you smiling at?"

"I'm just thinking that the little one agrees too."

Bonnie smiled and rubbed her belly. "I just want this bugger to come out."

As soon as Bonnie said that her eyes went wide and she sat up.

"What is it?"

"I think my water just broke."

"Okay, okay, don't panic. Stay calm, I'll take you to the hospital."

"Damon, I think you're the one who needs to calm down." Bonnie smiled.

"Right." Damon said and grabbed her hand helping her out the door.

She went with the epidural when the pain was just too much. She didn't know how mothers did this thing naturally, it hurt like hell, but she knew that it was all worth it in the end.

Stefan was all that she could think about and swore that she felt him in the room with her, his presence felt all too strong for her to ignore.

"Stefan?" Bonnie asked when she felt a hand placed on top if hers. "Oh, sorry, dad, I thought-"

"Its okay, baby." Rudy smiled even though he felt broken inside. "How are you feeling?"

"I'm good, I'm just in a little pain and I feel tired."

"It's only natural."

Bonnie winced in pain and clung onto the handle of the bed and cried out. Rudy called in the doctor and he noted that Bonnie was ready to push.

"One, two, three, push."

The more Bonnie pushed, the more she felt like she was going to die.

Seriously how did mothers do this?!
