For our honeymoon, we decided to do a series of hiking trails. The first one is in Shanadoah national park. It's the old rag mountain trail. We have everything we need, and have half a month to do as many hiking trails as we can before we have to go and get the rest of my stuff from Dallas.

We got there early in the morning before anyone was practically there. We both were out of the truck looking over the map. Christian was leaning against the bed while I was sitting up on the side. He had the map in his hands looking over it with me peering over his shoulder. "If we camp out here, it will take us an hour after sunset to reach it and will give us an hour in the morning to pack up and continue on." He said.

I nodded. We had our KING and QUEEN caps on along with a GPS device to be able to know where each other is if we get separated. When the gates opened, he had the larger backpack with our tent, food, water and clothes. I've got the lesser of the weight. The first aid kit, protein bars, trail mix, any ropes we need, the basics. "Ready for this angel?" He asked.

"Let's do it cowboy." I said. He paid the entrance fee for us both before we were allowed to go ahead on. On the steeper parts, Christian would put his hands on my hips, thighs or if I have a harder time have me use his hands as steps up. By lunch time we had cleared only a fourth of the trail. We took a thirty minute break to drink and eat.

As far as we knew, we were the only couple on the trail. "GPS still on?" Christian asked me. "Yeah. Never turned it off." I said. "Have you guys started looking for someone that can do your act?" He asked. "No. Alice said she was going to round some girls up and interview them for the job. I know no one can replace me." I said.

"Of course no one could replace you in your act. They could only find someone to fill it in. Same with mine angel. Vinny or Travis could do it, but Travis would be a better fit to it than Vinny, since Vinny has never done it before." He said. "I know. Your fans would also be wondering what happened to you unless you have it announced that you have family obligations now and won't be able to tour with the guys anymore." I said.

"You wouldn't mind if I still did the strip tease show occasionally at home, would you?" He asked. "Chris, you know I won't mind that. As long as I'm the only one that gets the private shows." I told him. "You know your the only one that will get the private shows. Whether or not your carrying our child at the moment." He said.

He kissed my forehead. "Any idea when we should start having children?" I asked. "Before I turn thirty angel." He said. "You turn thirty this September." I told him. He sighed. "How bout thirty one?" He asked. "Then how about after this tour we get on it?" I asked. "Your the one that will be carrying." He said.

"The first four months are the most stressful." I told him. "I know. Between you getting sick at random times and the diet you have to eat, I can imagine how stressful it can get during that time angel. I will do my best to make sure you get all the nutrition you need for the entire duration of the pregnancy angel." He said. I smiled lightly at him. He wrapped an arm around my shoulders holding me against his side before kissing me.

"Come on. We've got several hours before we have to set up camp for the night." He said as he stood. He held out his hands for me to take. I let him help me to my feet. We then continued on. Again, he helped me up the rock scrambles when there were some. At the campsite we picked out, I made us food while he put the tent up and set up our bed. A small portable air pump was nice for a twin sized air mattress.

When the food was done, we ate before settling in for some sleep. He held me against his body, his left arm around my torso while his right was gripping my left leg pulling it slightly over his own legs. I wrapped one arm around his waist and the other reaching up under his left bicep.

When the alarm went off in the morning. We changed clothes then made breakfast while one dismantled the camp. We ate before finishing the dismantle. We made sure there was no trash or anything laying around. It was cleaner than when we arrived at it. We started the trek to the end. There was some downward rock scrambles that Christian went down first to help me down.

"Careful where you step angel. We're near waterfront." He said. "Meaning my worst fear." I said. "We'll both keep an eye out for them angel." He said. We clasped hands as we trekked. We were nearly to the end when I felt a sharp sting to my calf. I grabbed above it lifting it quickly. Two bite marks let me know exactly what it was.

I already felt dizzy. "We need to hurry." I said. "Allergy medicine?" He asked. "I've got it." I said as I leaned on him for support. He heaved me up into his arms as I got one of my shots out of the first aid. I injected it feeling a little relief. "Almost there angel. It's straight ahead." He said. "Keep your eyes on me. Don't close them angel." He said. I could tell he was starting to jog.

"Hang onto me angel. We're almost there." He said. Once out I was still fighting consciousness. I couldn't hear anything except mumbles and mutters. A few seconds later I was almost numb. I could make out shapes in the fuzziness. Hard pressure was right above where I remember the bite to be. All I could remember was that I needed to fight consciousness.

A hand squeezed mine. That was all I felt before I tried not to black out.
