"It's been three weeks," Pietro says, pacing a bit.
"Yeah you took that long and your sister took a whole month, I was joking about chaining you to a wall but I might do it," Maria scolds
"But at least we knew the other was alright, we have no idea if Gabrielle is okay."
"I know you are worried but you need to relax if anything was wrong we would know"
"How would we know? It's not like your father ever tells you anything or the other scientists," Pietro points out.
"That's because I messed up but he would at least tell me if something went wrong because I would be searching for someone new, and Wanda would senes one less person"
"Where is she!?" They hear.
"Invisibility?" Wanda questions trying not to laugh
"Maria?" They hear Gabrielle ask.
"Gabrielle where are you?" Maria asks
"Up here."
"Okay you phase through things," Maria says holding back a laugh seeing the girl partially in the ceiling.
"I can't help it, I'm stuck now," Gabrielle says.
"I see that take a deep breath and relax think about your body separating"
Gabrielle takes a deep breath and focuses on her powers. As she does, she falls from the ceiling but doesn't fall very fast. Pietro reaches up and pulls her down to the floor,
"Whoa," Gabrielle says.
"I got you ангел" Pietro smiles.
"Thank you, Мој витез."
"Sorry to interrupt you being cute but let's get you upstairs before my dad throws a fit" Maria says
"Alright, he already got mad last week when I couldn't do what he wanted," Gabrielle says before Pietro takes her upstairs.
"Sounds like dad, thanks Pietro"
"You're welcome," Pietro says.
"See brother you know she's okay now so stop with the pacing," Wanda tells him
"She's even more beautiful now," Pietro whispers.
"For all our sakes keep things like that in your head and hope she finishes the experiments," Maria sighs
"She looks so healthy now, I wouldn't have known she has tan skin before now."
"I guess you're right on that one"
"Brother, are you in love?" Wanda asks.
"I- I umm maybe" He mutters
"Maybe?"
"Probably, I don't know what is it like to be in love?"
"It's just something you know, you would do anything for that person, constantly worry about them even if you know they are okay," Maria starts to ramble before trailing off.
"Like you with Winter?" Wanda and Pietro ask.
"Exactly" Maria smiles sadly
"I'm sure he is alright," Wanda says.
