"Ahhhh" I screamed. My entire body felt like it was on fire. I threw my blankets to the ground and ripped my shirt and shorts off leaving me in a sports bra and a pair of underwear.

Donnie was the first one to my room. "Raven, what's wrong?" He said running over to me.

"I feel like I'm on fire." I moaned in pain. He went to feel for a fever. "Ahhh" I screamed in pain when he touched me.

"Shit Rave," he said. " let me go get your dad, may- maybe he can help."

Just as he said that my dad ran into the room. "Raven?"

"Ryan she says she feels like she's on fire and she's hot to the touch." Said Donnie.

"Fuck," he said. "I should have told you sooner. Baby, I'm so sorry. Donnie go tell Milinda and go get some ice."

Donnie nodded and ran out of the room. "What's happening?" I asked.

"I don't know how to explain." He said as I moaned in pain. "Fuck I told Xavier he could leave. I didn't think you'd be affected"

Donnie and Milinda came into the room. Donnie came over to me and place bags of ice on my body. They sizzled and the ice immediately started to melt. "I called the number Lorenzo left. He said they are eight or so states over and will get here as soon as they can."

"If he wasn't the king" growled Ryan."Milinda go get more cold towels. We have to try to keep her cool." Milinda nodded and raced out of the room.

"Ryan, what the hell's happening?" Donnie asked. "Why is she in pain? What does it have to do with Xavier?"

"She's in pain because Xavier's not here. I sent Xavier away because I was afraid of him losing control around her. I thought she wouldn't go through this but I was wrong."

I cried and moaned in pain. "Make it stop."

"Can't you do anything?" Growled Donnie. He moved the melting ice around trying to keep me cool.

Ryan shook his head. "I can't. I wish I could but I can't."

That went on for the entire day. Milinda and Ryan would switch off going to get me cold towels and bags of ice. Donnie would stay with me and try to keep my mind off of the pain and move the towels and bags around to keep me as cool as possible.

Ryan ran into the room. "Xavier is here," he said.

"So?" Asked Donnie. "He's been gone all day. What is he gonna do now?"

"Daddy it burns." I whimpered.

"I know baby. But there isn't anything I can do."

"I'm afraid only I can help" Said Xavier from my bedroom door. "Can we have the room?"

My dad nodded and grabbed an unwilling Donnie walking out of the bedroom leaving Xavier and me alone. "What do you want?" I whimpered. I arched my back as I moaned in pain.

"Dulce I know you don't want to hear this but I am the only one who can help you." He said quietly as he walked towards me.

"What do you mean?"

"You're going through what is called heat." He said. "I- I don't really know how to explain it to you but it's a day on the first full moon of the month where a female wolf experiences a burning sensation."

I moaned in pain again. "Then why isn't Milinda and my sister going through it?"

"Your mother is already mated. She goes through a need to have sex with or be around her mate. Your sister hasn't met her mate so she doesn't go through this yet." He took off his shirt leaving him in a pair of basketball shorts. "I can help you if you will let me."

A tear ran down my face as I turned on my side away from him. "I don't want your help. Just leave me alone."

He sighed. "Any other time dulce and I would do as you ask. But I know you are in pain." I felt his body climb onto the bed.

I looked over to see him coming closer to me. "No stop don't touch me. It- it hurts."

He touched my bare shoulder in his finger. Instead of a burning sensation, I felt a cooling somewhat erotic sensation. I gasped. "I told you I was the only one who could help you. Usually, a female wolf will feel an intense desire for their mate on this day. Your wolf craves my touch."

"So if you touch me I'll feel better?"

"For the moment." He rubbed my arm and down my side and down to my legs with his hand leaving a cooling sensation in his trail that only lasted a few seconds. He pulled me against him letting his bare skin cool my burning body. He gently rubbed my stomach and my thighs. I moaned quietly. "The only real thing that will help you is if we umm if we consummate."

"Consummate?" I asked. "You mean have sex."

"Yes"

I shook my head. "No no. No, I won't do that."

"I know dulce," he said. "I don't expect you to have sex with me but if we do something close it will ease the pain."

"Why can't you just do what you are doing now?"

He sighed. "Because I can't touch every part of your body. Eventually, you will need to sleep and you won't be able to if most parts of your body feel like it's on fire. We can keep doing this is you want or you can let me help you so that you can sleep."

I whimpered as most parts of my body still burned. Xavier's body pressed against me only helped so much. "Okay," I whispered as I opened my legs up. He moved his hand down my stomach and pulled my underwear down to my thighs. He gently rubbed my sex with two fingers Instantly cooling my body down. He continued rubbing me coating his fingers before he slid one inside me. His finger inside me cooled my entire body down. He moved in and out of me slowly. He brought his head down to my neck and kissed along my neck as he slid another finger inside of me. I moaned as he sucked on the crook of my neck. I tilted my butt up against him and moved my arm to hold his head where he was. "Xavier" I moaned when he curled his fingers inside of me. The burning sensation was gone replaced by a cooling erotic feeling throughout my body. When he touched me I felt sparks but this was so much more. I felt his canines grow longer as he skimmed my neck with his sharp teeth. He pushed me to lay on my back and climbed on top of me connecting our lips. My hands ran through his hair as he continued fingered me. His lips moved to my neck sucking hard on the crook of my neck. "I'm- I'm" I moaned.

"Release dulce." He whispered in my ear. I moaned as I reached my climax and cummed around his fingers. He pulled out of me and brought his fingers to his mouth licking them clean. I watched his eyes turn to gold as he started pulling his shorts down. His eyes then went back to his bright ocean blue as he growled softly. He kissed the crook of my neck again. "Do you feel better dulce?"

"Yes," I whimpered. I pulled my underwear back up and laid my head on my pillow. I felt a few tears fall from my eyes.

"I'm sorry dulce." He whispered.

"No you're not," I said. "You got what you wanted. Just leave me alone."

He sighed and kissed my cheek. "I really am sorry." He climbed out of my bed and left the room as I fell asleep.
