Lilith
I sighed as we pulled up into the long driveway I leaned my head against my window and tugged on my pink dress which I didn't want to wear but mom made me. It'll be ok honey. Mom I'm going to be stuck playing in front of everyone. I said looking at my violin case that was next to me, I had been playing since I was ten and I always dreaded playing in front of people, even if it was family. Hey you are going to rock it when you have to play. Peter said turning around and then getting his hair out of his face. Besides what other twelve year old would they ask for? I smiled some at him and he smiled some back but it was still full of pain... He never really bounced back I rolled my right shoulder it didn't hurt I just was really tense. We pulled up and I got out grabbing my violin mom then mom stated messing with my hair like trying to get it out of my face. Mom stop I'm fine. She sighed. Ok, now go play with your cousin's till you have to come play the violin. She said before walking off I looked around my cousin's were either as old as Peter older than Peter and or younger than me, there were no kids my age I looked at Peter. Can I stick with you? He looked at me and turned giving me then cold shoulder I sighed looking down I walked to where mom had gone and I saw my aunt Debbie she was a heavier woman who believes in plumping you up. And you remember Lilith. She gasped. Oh my, dear girl! This cannot be the same Lilith? It's me. I said gesturing to the brand that everyone thought was a birthmark. Oh my sweet girl! She said hugging me she squeezed me and picked me up some. You are too thin! She said sitting me down. Here eat something. I looked at mom who was laughing. I ended up getting handed this huge plate full of meat and desserts I sighed while walking off to an area no one was really at and if they were it was kids passing by as they played I really wasn't hungry. I quickly walked inside my violin back pack strap on my shoulder. Hey Mom? She turned. OH MY GOD LILITH! I saw Destiny I smiled and hugged her. I miss you not sneaking out and coming around when you're upset! She said while squeezing me. Hey you playing? I looked down. Sadly yes. Oh come on not sadly. I rolled my eyes. Are you ok? You seem different, and- Destiny stopped. Shut off from- Lilith? I shook my head. Nothing. I looked to Peter for help I then looked him up and down I wanted him to bounce back I wanted him to feel better I looked at mom who was dragging Peter to a sitting room Destiny was gone in a heart beat I stood there I felt like I was being crushed I felt like I was trapped in a situation that wasn't going to get better I leanded my violin case against the wall I slid down the wall I pulled my knees to my chest resting my head on my knees and then it came flooding back

We had stopped at this hotel mom had a room and Peter and I we were sharing a room the room was right across the hall from Mom's I looked around sitting my bag on the window sill bed. Not bad... Better than the one we stayed in that I got a stomach bug in. I said turning at this point Peter's hair was starting to come back he wasn't even speaking to me. I sighed. Great. I muttered going to the closet to see if there was an extra blanket and pillow I opened it there was a mirror in there what I saw was terrifying.
