So today I'm going to be telling you about the almond diet. I promise you're not going to be eating just almonds for a month or two weeks, rather, you're going to add them into what you eat.

The almond diet is really simple, I promise. All you do is, throughout the day, you should have around exactly 23 almonds with you, and eat them throughout the day. pretty simple.

Why 23? You may ask. Well it's simply because it's the recommended amount to eat because as you continue, after a few days your hair will start to shine, your skin will start to glow, and it helps to control your weight because it provides you with fullness. It's a healthy snack.

You should try it too and please ask your parents if you might be allergic to almonds before trying this out or it will not work for you.

(on a side not maybe you can try eating just almonds because it makes you full faster so you can lose a bit of weight, but i haven't tried that 🤔)
