Anyways, this is not mine, I saw it on my explore page so I thought I'd share it cause I'm going to try it this week because back to school is coming soon y'all 😩
Day one:
• drink three bottles of water
• don't touch your face
• have some fruits for breakfastDay two:
• don't eat cause you're bored
• have a glass of water when you first wake up
• drink two glasses of green tea on that day
• complete your skincare routineDay three:
• take a long bath, clear your body
• clean your bedroom thoroughly, vacuum and all
• try to have a healthy lunch with less sugar and junk foodDay four:
• go for a walk outside
• take a hot shower before bed
• do twenty sit upsDay five:
• get 9+ hours of sleep (technically you can cause the next day will be a Saturday)
• take a two hour break from your phone
• have a really healthy breakfastDay six:
• brush your teeth extra we'll with mouthwash and floss after
• do a hair and face mask
• sort all your clothes out
