You have always been loud bubbly and funny around your friends. But not Steve. You liked him a lot so you avoided him and was very shy around him. So he thought you hated him.

"Hey Thor" you said smiling. "Ah Lady (Y/N) how are you?" He boomed. "I'm fine,you?" You asked him. "I'm great" he smiled. "Are you ready?" You asked him. "Of course" he said grabbing your hand and running out the door."THOR I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO SAY BYE TO ANYONE" you giggled being pulled away.

"Where are they going?" Steve asked slightly annoyed. "Ice skating like usual" Tony replied.

You did everything that your friends loved. Like archery with Clint, Help in the lab with Bruce and Tony, train with Nat, shooting range with Sam, Read with Loki,Get Bucky used to the "new world"as he would call it,Hang out with Scott and Cassie, have movie nights with Vision and Wanda, shopping with Peter and when Quill was around listen to 80s music with him. But you did nothing with Steve because you were a nervous blushing mess around him.

You came back from skating with a black eye because you tripped and accidentally hit someone and they punched you in the face so you got in a fight. "What happened to you?" Sam asked getting ready for the range. "I got in a fight" you mumbled. "She bet them though" Thor boomed.

"Is it ok if i skip the range for today?" You asked quietly. "Of course"Sam said. You walked to your room and had a shower. Your eye was all swollen and it didn't go down.

You sitting on your bed listening to music music when Steve knocked. You didn't hear it so he came in. "Hey (Y/N)" he said. You looked up. "Oh I-I'm s-so sorry I-I d-didn't hear you" you stuttered. "God why are you so embarrassing in front of him" you thought.

"What happened to your eye?"he asked. "Oh I got in a fight at the ice rink" you mumbled. "Are you ok?" He asked sounding concerned. "Oh y-yeah I'm f-fine but have t-this ugly b-bruise" you smiled. He loves that smile.

"(Y/N)?" He said. "Yeah" you said confused. "Do you hate me?" He asked looking down. "What no why?" You asked. "It's just because you never really talk to me or you know" he said. "I could never hate you Steve"you smiled "It's quite the opposite" you mumbled but he heard. "What" he said smiling. "N-nothing" you went bright red.

"It was something" he smiled. "N-no i-it w-wasn't I-I d-didn't s-say a-anything" you stuttered badly. He looked at you and kissed you. He pulled back and rested his head on yours looking into your eyes. "I love you too" he laughed. He kissed you again. "Wanna go out for dinner tonight?" He smiled. "I have this big bruise" you said. "You're still gorgeous" he smiled. "Ok then" you smiled and kissed him.
