Steve Rogers #9

Sorry for not posting as regular but I've been really sick and I'm going to get tests done so I haven't really been in the mood for writing. I hope you all don't mind.

You and Steve were very close, you talked all the time and texted all the time, you couldn't help but develop feelings for him but he drifted when he got together with Sharon.

Ever since Sharon and Steve got together he became very distant with you, he didn't even talk to you that much. It really hurt. You started to avoid him at all costs,during missions,parties,meetings and just days out. Your crush never went though.

You started to get close with Bucky and told him everything. It made Bucky angry that he wasn't talking to you. You didn't cry over Steve yet, but is was breaking your heart piece by piece.

You walked in on Sharon and him kissing and felt your heart drop. You quickly turned and left. You mad it to your room and finally the tears started to fall down your face.

You heard a knock on the door. "I know you're in there (Y/N)" you heard Bucky say softly. You walked over to the door and opened it. He saw the state you were in and you felt like a baby. Why should you be crying he's in a relationship, he doesn't like you anyways and never will. Bucky pulled you into a tight hug and told you everything was going to be ok.

Tony called everyone for a meeting so you wiped your eyes and went. Your face was red and puffy but you didn't have enough energy to care. At least Sharon wasn't there because she's not an avenger. "Is everything ok (Y/N)?" Tony asked looking worried. You plastered on a fake smile and replied with " just peachy". The team knew that was a lie but didn't want to push.

Tony told the team about a mission that was in a weeks time but needed a lot of planning. You were all dismissed and you were the first to leave. You were headed to your room when Steve called you "What's going on (Y/N)?". "Nothing I'm fine" you said quickly.

You spotted Bucky behind you. "Please tell me what's going on (Y/N)" Steve said. "Just leave me alone" you said. You ran to your room with tears spilling yet again down your cheeks. You were in love with him there was no question about it and that's why you were so broken.

Steve saw Bucky and asked him what was going on. "Just leave her alone Steve and go talk to Sharon, I thought you were done with her?" Bucky said. He was never one to be mean to his bestfriend but he couldn't help it.

Then it all clicked on Steve's head. Why you were avoiding him, why you were upset, why you always made sure he was 100% and that you saw him earlier with Sharon. He rushed to your room and knocked on the door. You opened it with worse red cheeks. As soon as Steve saw you he kissed you.

When you broke apart you looked at him shocked and confused. "I broke up with Sharon earlier because I caught her cheating on me with agent 11 and I didn't really like her" he said. "So just because you're done with Sharon now you want me?" you said slightly angry. "It's always been you (Y/N) but, I didn't think the feeling was mutual" he said honestly.

"Steve I'm so desperately and hopelessly in love with you and you broke my heart without even being together" you said looking down. "I know and I'm so so sorry for making you feel that way but I promise you I'll never ever make you feel that way again" he said wiping a tear from your cheek.

"Promise?" You said looking at him. "I promise (Y/N) I'll love you till my last breaths" he said bending down to kiss you. You walked to your bed and he pulled you close and played with your hair. "It's always been you and it's always going to be you" He said.
