Goodbyes and danger

Something seemed odd about Spanner's kidnapping, the way it was done almost seem familiar. "I must be going crazy, I mean how can I know how a particular kidnapper kidnaps someone?" I thought to myself.
As I thoroughly packed my kit, Bones opened the door and stood there with his oh so famous smirk. "You still look as gorgeous as the day I met you McClyde." He whispered as he lifted me up and twirled me round. He is the only person since Elvis who has ever made me feel safe in his arms. I rested my head on his shoulder as he whispered into my hair, muttering some utter nonsense which I didn't understand. He pulled me away and grazed his lips over mine and left me desperately longing for more. Olly snuck up behind us and said "eughhhhh mum, dad that's disgusting!" I laughed as I heard Bones groan " cheeky monkey! I'll set the tickle monster on you!" Olly ran off as I kissed Bones again.
I got back to packing while Bones sat on the bed stealing a kiss whenever he could, I made my way to his wardrobe and took out a tee shirt which had a strong smell of him. "I'll miss you." I whispered sadly. "No where near as much as what I'll miss you." I wrapped my arms tightly round his torso as he whispered softly into my ear "Your still the one I want for life." It was our song, but I didn't know he remembered.
Bones drove me to Brize Norton with the kids. "Be good for your dad! I'll be home soon. I love you lot forever." I got out of the car as Bones' eldest son Oscar got out to give me a hug. "Come back to us Georgie." "I will. I love yous and your dad. Look after him for me while I'm away. Remind him once in a while how much you love him he needs to hear it." Oscar was crying, it always hit him hard especially since how close we've got since everything with his mum. Payton and Olly both gave me a tight squeeze "remember what I told you?" "Yes mummy. Mummy loves us very much and the tickle monster scares daddy as well as us." They both said laughing. Jake gave me a hug and promised to look after his dad for me. They made me so proud. Bones got out of the car and straightened my beret "stay safe. Follow instructions! I love you." "I love you too." I headed to the plane and took my seat next to Maisie. We laughed about silly little memories of us all. It amuses me that the girl I was ready to strangle in Nepal has become my closest friend. Ever since the jungle, things between Charlie and I had been very awkward. I was hoping to lock it all in a box and move on.
As we touched down in Ethiopia, boss briefed us on our mission here. It was to set up a clinic to help young children with diseases. We got straight to the task and my heart seemed to break more each passing minute kids the same age as Payton and Olly was coming in to the clinic with diseases that would ultimately kill them. The days seemed to drag on. We were only here for six weeks, but it felt like an eternity. I FaceTimed Bones and the kids every night so I knew they was safe.
I had such a bad gut instinct that I couldn't settle. Something was going to go wrong. I was proven right.
As I was cleaning up some of the needles the door to the hall I was stationed in burst open. Three men with guns started randomly firing. The first though that ran through my head was where are the guys and ruby? I dropped to the floor as I was trained to in a situation as volatile as this but I felt a rough yank on my collar. I was pulled up by the neck and had a gun pointed at my head. I was told to move and if I didn't they would shoot me. I had managed to rip one dog tag off. Ever since my capture in Kenya, the dog tags had me equipped with trackers. When you take one off, the tracker immediately activates. But I would have to hide them. I was thrown into a waiting truck just as I heard Brains caking my name "SHE'S BEEN TAKEN!" I heard Maisie scream. The last thing I saw was 2section looking on in horror as I was driven away at break-neck speed towards the dangerous unknown. Then everything faded into deathly darkness.
