Affection ( Peter parker/Spiderman x reader

Chapter 4

Y/N's POV

I was talking to Michelle about what happened between me and Peter last night, "I mean I think he likes you but who needs a guy when you have perfectly good books all around you." She said opening her book, "Yeah I guess you're right." I said.

I heard a group talking, "Now see, for me it would be F thor. marry Iron man and kill hulk." Betty said. it's super weird to hear a teenager talking about they want to marry your dad, "Well, what the spiderman? or spidergirl?" One boy said. Oh no. I hope it's nothing weird goes down, "I would soooooo marry spidergirl." Jason said basically drooling,

"It's just spiderman and spidergirl. did you see the bank security cam on youtube? they fought off four guys." Liz said, "Oh my god you're crushing  on spiderman? you're worse then him!" Betty said pointing at Jason, "Kind of." She said admitting that she does. I looked at Peter who gave me the same look and then we looked back at Liz,

"He's probably 30 and she probably 46." Betty says. I felt the strike of hurt. And Peter felt the same way, "You don't know what they look like. Like, what if he's like seriously burned?" The boy said, "I wouldn't care I'd love him for the person he is inside." She said beaming. it was painful to hear but at the same time I'm happy for him. it's nice to know that somebody is perfect for him, "Peter and Y/N Know Spiderman and spidergirl!" Ned basically yelled and I'm pretty sure everybody on the ends of the Earth heard him. we stood up trying not to freak out, "No, we don't. i mean- i mean." Peter started stuttering, "They're friends." Ned was trying to make it better but he was making it worse,

"Yeah, like coach wilson and captain america are friends? and how tony stark is Y/N's dad heh." Flash said bitterly, "for one flash, why would I lie about tony stark being my dad!? you think that I'm doing this to be funny?" I said getting really mad. peter grabbed my arm, "Y/N don't. he's only doing be this to be funny." Peter whispered to me, "We've met them. a couple times. But it's um. Through the stark internship." Peter says,

"Yeah well, we're not really supposed to talk about it." I said giving ned the death glare, "Well, that's awesome. hey, you know what? maybe you should invite them to liz's party. Right?" as flash said that I could feel myself just wanting to fall to the ground, "Yeah, I'm having people over tonight. you're both more than welcome to come." Liz said sweetly,
"Having a party?" Peter said lost  looking into Liz's eyes. I was smiling but on the inside I was actually hurting,

"Yeah, it's gonna be dope. you should totally invite your personal friends spiderman and spidergirl." Flash was really making me want to punch him. Peter bit his lip knowing that he didn't have anything to say, "It's Okay. I know Peter's way too busy  for parties and I know Y/N is normally busy living the dream anyway so." If what you call thinking your dad loves you or not. I don't think that's living the dream, "Come on. They'll be there right guys?" Flash said getting close to us. The bell rang and everybody started to leave, "What are you doing!?" Peter said trying to keep his cool,

"Helping you both out. did you not hear her? Liz has a crush on you!" Ned responded, "And Jason has a crush on you Y/N!" Ned added. I tried to smile but I never really liked Jason like that I always knew he had a crush on Betty, "Dude, you guys are avengers. if any one of us has a chance with a senior it's you guys." Ned said walking off now it's just me and Peter standing there, "I'm proud of you parker." I said punching him in the arm playfully, "I don't think she likes me and besides I kind of have somebody else in my mind right now." Peter confessed. I looked at him in shock but he didn't want to talk about it. Starting to wonder if it's Michelle?

We went back to the apartment and change our clothes. I had on shirt saying I am sherlocked with black skinny jeans and black converse. I just have my hair down with a little bit of some eyeliner and just some lip gloss. I also had on my favorite harry potter charm bracelet.
