When we went inside I was in awe. That place was decorated beautifully. Soon a BCCI official greeted us & asked both of us to join the dance floor . I was nervous when I looked at Abhi,he winked and said ,“Let's go partner,let's see your dancing skills”. To which I replied,“Oh Mr. Michael Jackson please take care of your feets 'cause I'm totally going to crush them under my heels”. He just laughed,his melodious laugh & that made my heart vibrate.
As we went on the dance floor ,'A thousand years' started playing . He kept his hands on my back,& suddenly my skin started tingling. I was blushing like hell . Never been this close to him but it felt so good .
I was pulled out of my thoughts when he said,“Miss Pilot,am I a cactus?”.“No,why?”I replied. “So,why are you so scared to keep your hands on my shoulders?”.
Oh shit I completely forgot we were about to dance. All thanks to his touch that sent chills down my spine. I quickly held his shoulders.
The song started,
We were dancing slowly. I was trying to look anywhere but his eyes 'cause I knew I couldn't stop staring them once I started . But could feel his gaze over mine.My heart was hammering inside my chest,hands were sweaty,god I was nervous.
Soon his hands went up to my face & pulled my head up, to look into his face. It made me blush even more and my face was red. This made him laugh & he taunted me,“What Miss Pilot,do I have this effect on you?”I was embarrassed ,shit he caught me but I replied,“Don't be so overconfident Mr. Sharma,there are many hot boys here,whom I can't stop drooling”. This got his arms tightened. Wait was he jealous? But why would he?
I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard a deep voice saying,“Nice choice,sheik”. Wait this voice was familiar. Damn this was Shubman gill wow was I dreaming?Soon Kamlesh and Prithvi joined him. I was so shocked. It was like a fangirl moment for me. Abhi greeted all of them.
I don't what got into me but I shrieked quiet loudly. I felt like a kid who got his fav candy. God ,the people I always admired and supported were standing in front of me.
They all were smiling at me but Abhi looked at me as if I had grown two heads.
