“You can leave her now Abhi,we got the shoes”Simar said eyeing our hands.We instantly jerked them, feeling flushed.“Ah yeah let's get going”Abhi said playing with his hairs.We went back to see Pakhi di entering into the hall behind her were Komal di,sania di & some of her friends.She looked even more beautiful with her eyes down & a smile on her face.I went to sit behind Bhai,next to Karu in the groom's side.“You couldn't even save the shoes,Navu”he said pouting.“And you couldn't even stop Abhi & Simran from coming there karu”I snapped back.We were busy in our banter that's when Panditji shushed us.I saw Abhi chuckling to himself.Tbh he looked really cute.I didn't wanted to creep him out,so I averted my gaze away from him & focused on the rituals.It was the time of pheras now & both bhai & bhabhi looked perfect.I was in awe looking at their eyes filled with love.Soon the the ceremony ended & both of them took blessings of their elders & accepted greetings from us.I hugged both of them & said to Pakhi bhabhi,smiling“Now you're officially my bhabhi,welcome to the family bhabhi ji”.“Ty nanad ji ”she said pinching my cheeks.Then,people from both sides congratulated each other.And Komal di,sania di,Abhi,Karu,Simar & me had a group hug.After that we ate & made our newly married couple feed each other.It was really fun teasing both of them.Then the most emotional bidai ceremony started.All of us had tears in our eyes being in that heart touching moment.After this, we all were travelling to Amritsar to take the blessings of babaji & host the reception.Seeing the red & puffy eyes of Pakhi bhabhi,bhai spoke“Save these for later wifey,we all r still travelling together to Amritsar” & earned a light punch from her.All of us started laughing at this & everything got a little lighten up.Then, we all boarded to Amritsar straightaway to Abhi's home.I was happy to find a window seat in the flight.But the next moment was a deja vu for me as I saw Abhi entering from behind.“Happy to see me Panda?”he asked grinning.I shook my head in a no.“Well then bad luck,since everyone have got a seat so,now you're stuck with me for a while”He spoke winking.And my heart just died there.
