Mitch's POV: 

Every now and again I'd see Ty staring me down like I was some sort of Prey to him. ((A/N: I Nearly DIED writing this line. XD)) 

I could never understand why though...

And whenever I try to ask about it; He changes the Subject on me! 

Jerome tried to ask about what Brice said to make me freeze like that. I was NOT telling him the truth! So all I said was that I couldn't remember... All he did was Shrug and turn around.

Winter had claimed it's place in the world; And the ground was littered with snow. That means that it's too dangerous to climb trees for the next Three days. How could I live that long without being in a tree? I mean; I could always go to Jerome's House... It's in a tree. The funny thing is; Is that Jerome is only 16. And he lives alone. I know; I know. He's a bacca. But that really doesn't change anything, Does it? He's still 16.

And then I bumped into someone.

I looked up to see Ty staring at me. No; No. He's not Taller than me. I was just looking down.

"Sup, Dood." I said. Ty was the only other person than Jason who had this stop. "Where's Jason?" "He spent the night with Tyler." Ty said this Smirking... I don't even know why. "Why did you smirk?"

"Huh?" Ty looked confused. So I repeated myself. "You smirked when you said that. Why did you smirk?" Ty looked cornered; And only said the words: "Can you keep a secret?"  Wow. Really? Did he just ask me that?! I've kept some of the Darkest secrets known to MAN down my throat! But; of course, I wasn't gonna say that... So I only nodded. "Good. You remember the day Jason froze up?"

That was two weeks ago. It starts all the way back then? "Yurp. I remember." "Do you know the reason Why he froze?" That struck me hard. I never did figure out why he froze... Probably because Jason wouldn't talk about it... If you brought it up; He'd say he wanted to go visit Tyler; or change the subject... Even Tyler was sensitive to the subject. If you'd say something about it when Tyler was around Jason; Tyler would say he needed to go to his locker, Or get to class early. And Jason would follow. "No... I don't." I responded; now a bit Interested.

"Do you want to?" This was a No-brainer question. "Of course I do!"

"Shhhh!"

"Oops; Sorry, Ty."

"It goes like this. Tyler was staring at Jason; and didn't realize it. So; when Jason turned his head; he caught Tyler staring at him. Because they didn't break away from eachothers stares; They stared at eachother for about a minute. Causing Jason's mind to click the peices together; And freeze. Staring at Tyler." This made sense. "Oh..." Was all I could muster up the courage to say. But Ty went on. "I did my part in the play; and played Matchmaker. That's why I smirked."

Wait... So the day Ty went to the back of the bus was to talk to Tyler?

"You know Adam got kinda upset that you weren't sitting with him." I said. All Ty did was Blush.
