Thinking of Theo

Kyle Or Theo

I didn't know what to do stay with Theo or go after my friend. Grace seemed to be pretty ticked off. After Theo kissed me on the cheek, I slapped him, and ran upstairs after Grace. Theo seemed pretty confused, but I really could care less. I walked up each stair smoothly and slowly so Grace wouldn't hear me. While I was walking upstairs and I looked back at Theo. He gave a smile at me. He really doesn't seem to care about anyone. Once I got to Grace's room, she was so mad she didn't even look at me. 

I tried to explain what had just happened, and about my feelings for Theo. I grabbed the sleeve of my shirt, something I do when I feel bad and begin to speak,

"Look Grace, I have really strong feelings for Theo. I'm really not sure if you do or not, but I really want to be friends with you. When I went downstairs, I admit I was mad at you, and I tried to get my feelings out, and I told Theo, but he just kissed me. I promise! I really want to stay good friends with you, because you are the only friend that i've really ever had."

She looked like she didn't know what to say. She walked to her bed, and sits down. 

"Okay, I believe you, but I have mixed emotions for Theo, and you met and you guys sort of had a relationship, so you can have him. I'm really sorry for being a brat about everything. I'M super sorry. We can still be friends."

I walk over to her, and give her a big, long hug. 

"We will find you a guy on Monday. Trust me."

She laughs and cries. I know she is crying, because she feels terrible for what she did.

Monday came around, and my alarm clock rings. I really didn't want to get up, but I had to. I went to my bathroom and took a shower. I washed my hair and my face. I got out of the shower, checked my phone. An unknown number texts me. It reads...

Dude Claire, 

You are gonna have to start leaving Theo alone. He is mine, and always will so back off and never talk to him again.

What the CRAP! I'm not gonna leave Theo alone. The only person I can think of that would send something like this is Grace. I highly doubt she would send this though. I reply to the text.

Whoever you are I can do what I want and Theo likes me so stop. 

I walk to the kitchen and grab a brown sugar pop tart and wait for Grace to come pick me up. While waiting I get a text from the unknown number it reads.

Ok we will se how that works out.

This person whoever they are needs to calm down. Grace and Justin pull up in the driveway and we go to school. While going to school, I told Grace about the random texts and she says she got them too. We were wondering who they were from, but we couldn't think of anyone. 

We walked into school, and we went into first period math. Grace, me, and Theo all had math with Mr. Jones first. As soon as we walked in we saw someone new. It was this really cute guy with light brown and brown eyes, and medium height. Mr. Jones said,

"Class Welcome Kyle! He is a new student from Tennessee. Kyle you can take a seat next to Claire."

I said, "Hi Kyle i'm Claire. Nice to meet you. I play soccer, and like to cheer. What do u like to do?"

He said, " I like to run."

"What class do you have next?"

"I think I have advanced honors English with Mrs. Moore."

"I do too!"

"Do you wanna go to the movies next Friday?"

"Um mm Sure."

I give him my number. Grace reminded me that I was "TALKING" to Theo. I told her that I think I should try something else for a while since Theo is being kind of weird about it. Grace understood that and said.

"Dont worry I wont date Theo." 

I was glad because I can finally date someone else for a while. Theo has been getting on my nerves and I needed a break.

I walked to English with Kyle talking about what life was like in the volunteer state, and he laughed. I enjoyed him, and wasn't even like Theo. Not a jerk or a player. 

When the day was over, Theo came and said, 

"Whats up with you and Kyle?"

"Yeah about that, i'm going on a date with him next Friday to the movies." 

"Really okay Claire." He said it kind of mad.

"I said sorry Theo you have kind of been a jerk to me and Claire. Let's take a break."
