Heyo, heyo! It's Inuwanforall here!! Thanks so much for checking out my first (full) Pokémon short story! For writing I tried my 3rd-pov style ^^ I like it~
I did my best in writing it and developing the characters as much as I could in such a short fic >w<
Also I swapped character names(Koumi and Mizuki/Kouta and Yo) since I liked the way the latters sounded here >< but they may technically be the same person...??
As usual, I enjoyed writing the battle scene ^^
So what'd you think of the ending? I feel as though it could've gone any way and I'd have found a way to make it happy :) Surprised she chose Litten?(Lol) Not promising anything, but it would be fun to write a continuation of this...
I also did my best with the cover!! At first I didn't even know how I'd be able to pull off a background(and Koumi's character design) but surprisingly I managed to do both! I went full-power on the effects, too >w<
So I wanted to have this story delivered much earlier(August), because why not upload a story like this when school is about to start?? But I needed to edit some things, and as with True Bliss, just trying to write in the tiniest part could cause the whole thing to not get uploaded (-.-;) But I'm fine with uploading now, huhu
I tackled a few things in this short story, and the overall themes I had in mind were change and fate. I know in a lot of cases parents pretty much control/have controlled our lives, and it can be super frustrating >< Especially that feeling of envy when others get what they want,,,, Instead of sitting around and dealing with it, a real talk about your true feelings is better than bottling everything up, which is all what Mizuki did here. Plus you may be able to actually change something; there's no set possibility to the stuff that can be accomplished (｡>﹏<｡)
