17:00pm

We'd just finished the first film "Notting Hill", I'm a sucker for a rom-com. We were both still sat at either ends of the sofa but I could tell, through out the whole movie, he was looking at me. As the credits began to role I turned to look at him. A longing stare shone into my eyes. I quickly turned away, embarrassed. My heart was racing and I had butterflies which were beginning to irritate me, haha. I took a deep breathe and turned my head to look again. He smiled and shuffled slightly closer to me. I could feel myself blushing intensely. Neither of us had said a word since the credits had started, just a quiet giggle here and there. As the romantic rolling credit theme song came to an end, James broke the gaze. He got up to take the video out of the DVR (YES, dvr...old schoollll).

He glanced over his shoulder and said calmly,

"Hey Mol, do you want a brew?"

I responded with a weirdly odd "mmhhmm". I tried to speak but I figured, due to all the butterflies, no actual words that made any sense would come out. James got up and pottered of into his kitchen. His house was the cutest little thing. Just a simple living room really with various guitars hanging around the room, electric, acoustic and even a stray banjo in the corner. He had signed vinyls in black frames on one far wall and a painting of what looked like a cow on the chimney breast.

17:20pm

I could tell he knew me so well already as when he brought the tea through, on a old wooden tray, there was a plate of digestives and hob-knobs in the centre.

"Just for you" he chuckled. Hinting towards the plate with his hand. He smiled then looked towards the floor.

"Thank you, but unfortunately I'm on a diet" I sigh.

"A DIET!" He shouted. "You don't need to be on a bloody diet Molly!" James wafted his hands in the air.

I smiled and blushed.

"Hey" he said so I'd look at him. "A guy likes curves, something to grab a hold of" he suggested whilst raising one eye brow. "There's NOTHING wrong with the way you look...Molly, your beautiful in my eyes".

Jesus I was blushing so much. I had lost my words completely and had no idea what to say. This time I had noticed he had come and sat a little closer on the sofa that last time. What did this mean?

He then got up again which confused me.

"Where are you going now?" I asked with a quiet laugh.

"I'm grabbing a guitar, I'm going to play for you" He laughed.
