aria's p.o.v.

"customers in aisle 4, cut it out," i hear the speakers of walmart say.

liv looks at me and just starts laughing out of nowhere.

"god, i wonder what would happen if kaylani was here. she'd be scolding us right now though," liv mentions.

liv and i decided to go to walmart and get some stuff for our dorms since we're going to college.

but we didn't only go to walmart for that purpose.

we brought sharpies and all that good stuff so we could fool around.

so in aisle four, we found an avocado stand with some kind of cardboard cut-out of avocados, probably to advertise, and we drew on them.

liv drew on a very sloppy top-hat, mustache, and a monocle, like the old-style type of people.

i just crossed out the words that advertised the avocados, and added "i'm diseased, don't buy me"

and of course, liv and i completely forgot about the existence of "surveillance cameras."

"yeah," i replied.

"k let's get out of here before we get arrested," liv offers, gesturing towards the exit of the store.

"wait, what about our stuff?"

believe it or not, we actually did what we came to do in walmart, which was get stuff for our dorm.

we had an assortment of furniture and decor, but mostly food too.

"oh, yeah. after we checkout," liv says as she walks back over to the cart.

we pulled into the driveway of the building of our temporary apartment like skRt skRt (a/n heheheheh) and unloaded the trunk.

once we finished climbing the enormous amount of stairs with all of our stuff, i took out the key to our apartment and unlocked the door to find a wild kaylani rex with her earbuds and phone.

it took her awhile to notice that we were home, though.

"YO WASSUP KAYLANIIIII" liv shouts, jumping in front of her and waving her hands everywhere.

she looks up from her phone and just simply waves at her.

"ugh," i hear liv mumble as she tugs at kaylani's earbuds and runs away with them.

however, kaylani stays put as she calmly watches liv run away.

"OH MY GOD GIVE THEM BACK LIV," kaylani shouts while throwing her head back.

no answer.

i just shake my head at those two.

kaylani walks over to the kitchen, where i'm putting all the food-related items into either the fridge or pantry.

kaylani goes wide-eyed as she spots the watermelon sitting on the counter.

"YO LIVVV!! I'M GONNA EAT ALL OF YOUR WATERMELON IF YOU DON'T GIVE MY EARBUDS BACK!" kaylani shouts as she carefully picks up the watermelon and hides it behind the couch.

"NOOOOO!!" liv finally answers, as she swiftly slides out of the hallway and into the kitchen.

"WHERE'D SHE GO?" she asked me in a ninja-like position.

"it's behind the couch," i say, very unenthusiastically, as i check my instagram.

"K THANKSSS!!" she shouts as she blasts (a/n hehehehe goTta blAst) into the living room where the couch is.
