Saturday was a very busy day. Ty and I were moving into our new house and the both of us were really excited. We piled both of our cars with our things and head over to the new house. It was a good thing that I traded my car in for a Kia Sorento because the Accord couldn't hold as much stuff as the Sorento could.

Once we had everything the house, we began to work downstairs. I started on the kitchen first while Ty worked on setting the TV up in the living room. The furniture store had already delivered and set up everything for us, so all we had to do was adjust it to our liking. The kitchen was so big that even after I put all of the stuff up, there was still a lot of space left. That called for a shopping spree!

After I got done in the kitchen and Ty finished the living room and the den, we did the hall bathroom together and we put up the shower curtain, mat, soap, and everything else. It didn't take us that long, so, once we finished that, we went to out bedroom to start hanging up our clothes and decorate the bathroom.

"Baby, where you at?" Ty called out.

"I'm in the back of the closet."

He walked in the closet.

"Bae, I think we should call it a day on unpacking." He says.

"Yeah. I still need to go to the grocery store, though."

"Okay. Do you want me to go with you?"

"Do you want to go?"

"I can."

We walked out of our bedroom and down the steps.

"I'm driving." I say.

We got into my car and we headed out for Walmart.

There, at Walmart, we walked hand-in-hand into the store and we picked out all of the food that we wanted, new pans, and other household items. It was exciting to go shopping for our new house. It was a huge step and commitment for the both of us in our relationship. This showed that, as a couple, we were maturing.
