CHAPTER NINETEEN: CHRISTMAS

The students who aren't staying over Christmas break just left, including Blaise, that made River sad but he got over it pretty quickly.

"what do you think will happen this Christmas?" Draco asks, I shrug my shoulders even though I know exactly what's going to happen

"Don't know but I'm hungry so I'm going to the kitchen" River tells me, I nod and we all get up to go get a snack. When we are walking down the corridors we pass Hermione and she gives me a look that indicates that the 'mission' is happening tonight. I nod at her, and give her a smile.

"can we get pie?" I ask, River laughs and nods his head "What?" I ask but he just shakes his head

"Nothing" he replies, I skip ahead of them and when I round a corner I bump into someone making us both fall over, I look under me because I fell onto the person and see Cedric Diggory

"Sorry Cedric" I apologize but he only smiles at me

"It's alright Lily" we both get up and he fix's my tie which happened to come undone somehow "you okay?" he questions while brushing my shoulders

"I'm okay, are you?"

"I'm fine" he says "Where are you headed to?" he asks

"The kitchen, I want Pie" I tell him, he laughs and brings me to a portrait of a bowl of fruit, he tickles the pear and it giggles. we both walk in and see house elves cooking and cleaning

"Mister Diggory, Misses Evans" a little house elf walks to us

"Hello Winky" I greet the small house elf, I smile down at her and she then rushes off

"Bitch" the voice of River is heard from behind me, I turn around and see my two best friends "You just went and got food without me" he then notices Cedric "Are you cheating on me" his voice goes a pitch higher and breaks a little "Damn T" he curses making me laugh

"You two are?" Cedric asks pointing to the two of us, we both shake our heads

"Joke" he says and smiles up at Cedric since he's taller then all of us.

"here is misses Evans pie" Winky hands me a fresh baked cherry pie

"Thank you Winky" I smile and pat her head in a loving way. Winky looks up at River waiting for him to ask for some sort of food.

"Oh" he says finally realizing why she's staring at him

"I'm heading back to the Common room, bye Cedric" I say and grab Draco's arm dragging him with me

"What if I wanted food?" he retorts

"we'll share my pie" I repl. I just want to make it back to the Common room before Harry and Ron, but knowing them , they never even thought of actually finding out where it is.

"I happen to be a school prefect. You, on the other hand, you have no business wandering the corridors at this time of night. what are your names again?" Draco and I share a glance when we hear the voice of Percy Weasley, we round the corner and see Crabbe and Goyle standing in front of Percy looking extremely uncomfortable

"Uh" Crabbe starts to say

"I'm..." Draco cuts him off by yelling and strutting over to the

"Crabbe, Goyle!" he yells gaining their attention "Where have you two been?" he questions "Pigging out in the great hall, all this time?" he asks putting on a douche bag façade. I notice Goyle wearing he same glasses as Harry so I only assume that the Polyjuice potion worked and 'Crabbe' is Ron and 'Goyle' is my cousin "Why are you wearing Glasses?" he asks but I'm pretty he knows that isn't actually Crabbe and Goyle.

"Ah, um...Reading" Harry finally says

"Reading?" I ask finally making myself known to the two idiotic boys

"uh-huh" He tells me

"I didn't know you could read" Draco says, I bite my lip from cracking up because of stupid Harry and Ron are "And what are you doing down here, Weasley?" he sneers and I glare at him

"Mind your attitude, Malfoy" Percy tells him sternly then walks away

"Ass" I whack Draco upside the head and flip him off "No more pie" I hold my pie and walk into the portrait "pureblood" I mutter and walk into the common room, I see the Christmas tree all light up and decorations around the room

I sit on one of the arm chairs a start to eat my pie while Draco jumps onto the chair i am sitting on 

"Well sit down" Draco tells them, they both sit beside each other with a very uncomfortable look on their face. "You'd never know the Weasley's were pure-bloods, the way they behave." I glare down at him "Their an embarrassment to the wizarding world, all of them" I then whack him over the head with a text book that happens to lay on the side table beside me 

"Ass" i say to him and open my mouth to say something else but he starts to laugh and rub his head 

"I'm kidding, that's what Father thinks but i think other wise" He says and 'Crabbe' and 'Goyle' both glance at each other and with a shocked look 

"Uh, Mal, Erm, Draco" 'Goyle' says earning Draco's attention "Do you happen to know what happened to the muggle-borns?" Harry asks 

"I told you before, i didn't do it" he exclaims "but I'll tell you again" he tells them "It's been Fifty years since the Chamber was opened. He wouldn't tell me who opened it, only that they were expelled" he explains "The last time the chamber of secrets was opened a mud-blood died" he gives me a cheeky grin "So, it's only a matter of time before one of them is killed this time" He tells them but right when he finishes Harry's scar starts to show and Ron's hair start to go back to it's ginger colour

they suddenly get up and storm to the portrait "Wait up" I yell after them, the run down the corridor and i start to yells after the "James!" they both stop and fully transform back to themselves 

"How'd you-" Ron tries to asks 

"Hermione, duh" i exclaim "Look i know we haven't been on the same page, but i want us to be friends again" I explain, they both share a glance with one another and then attack me in a group hug 

"Come on, let's go tell Hermione" Harry says and we make our way to the girls bathroom, when we enter i knock on the locked stall 

"'Mione?' i ask softly "Are you okay?" i question 

"Go away" she demands 

"Ha ha ha! wait till you see, it's awful! He-he-he" Moaning Myrtle bursts out laughing while i glare up at the dead girl 

"Hermione, are you okay?" James asks, Hermione then opens the stall door to reveal herself morphed into a cat like person 

"Do you remember me telling you that the Polyjuice potion was only for human transformation?" She ass us  "It was cat hair i plucked off of Millicent Bulstrode's robes" she explains, i give her a hug while she cries into my shoulder.

A/N Sorry i didn't post last week, i'm at school so i'll just use the school computers so i'll update next Friday!
