I looked around the room, an unnerving feeling bubbling in the out of my stomach. I felt uneasy and honestly a little scared.
I found myself on the dark wooden floor. The room itself was dark and mysterious, making you want to curl in a corner and await the danger that lies ahead.
I stood up and took notice of something shining on the small table by the unlit fire pit. It was a photograph.
My photograph.
I walked to it, picking it up to see my parents before everything went down to hell. My mother had long curly brown hair like me and bright blue eyes, while my step-father Charlie had short blonde hair and blue eyes. Standing in front of them was my brother Kyle, who was 7, with brown hair and blue eyes like me. Then my little step sister Lucy who was 5 with blonde locks and piercing blue eyes.
Then I was there, I was 14 at the time. My blue eyes had a spark to them, my smile wide and genuine. My left dimple cratering my left cheek. My brown hair curlier than it is now, was full of color.
I smiled slightly, but then out of no where, my Picture was taken from me.
I gasped and turned quickly to see Harry sitting on the couch, holding my picture.
"Harry, give it back." I demanded, reaching out to him. He have me a smirk, shaking his head 'no'.
"Dammit Harry, give it to me." My voice rose. He just gave me a sinister smile before he had me backed up against the wall, his eyes black and full of anger.
"What did you call me?" he growled, putting his hand around my neck, lifting me from the ground like a piece of paper.
"H-Harry," I managed to say before I started getting dizzy. He smirked, then his lips got close to my ear.
"You should have stayed away while you could. It takes very little for me to," Harry stopped, and covered my mouth with his hand before sinking his teeth in my neck, Drinking my blood. He pulled away just before I fainted in his arms. "Lose myself in this new darkness. You'll never know what lies ahead when your around me."
Then he snapped my neck and everything was black.
-----------
I woke up screaming, and gasping for air. Harry was already in the room, already beside me and rubbing my knuckles with his freezing place hand.
"Are you alright, love? I heard you mumbling things and then you started screaming." He said, his eyes now turning a light green.
I just sat there, ragged breaths coming from my body. I was honestly scared of that dream but it was silly to think that Harry was drinking my blood. He isn't a vampire for crying out loud.
After I caught my breath. I stood up, but immediately fell back down on my bed, groaning in pain.
"Fuck, what the hell happened?" I hissed, gripping my side from pain. He took notice of my position and hauled me back in bed, grabbing a glass of water and two pills from the side table and held them out to me.
"You got kicked by this guy, remember? and I helped you back home." He said simply. I took the pills and a sip of water, before putting it back on the side table.
"How'd you get in? I had the key." I said, confused how he had gotten in when I had the only key.
"Oh, uh about that, Im very good about picking locks you see," he said smirking at me.
"Jeez. You could break in my house." I chuckled lightly, trying to joke about it.
"I already did love, in fact, about three hours ago." He stated matter-of-Factly.
I rolled my eyes, then I remembered my dream not only ten minutes ago, then I started to panic.
"Uh, Harry, I need to change." I lied. Harry nodded, then stopped at the door to turn to me.
"I'll be downstairs, ok?" he said as I nodded. he shut the door quietly, and I heard his heavy footsteps walk down the hall and down the stairs.
I pulled myself off of the bed ever so slowly, making sure not to hurt myself again like I did minutes before, and shuffled to the corner of my room by my closet.
I moved my clothing out of the center, and opened the small safe that held my money, and old memory's that I hid from the past. I found my photograph again and sighed in relief. I pulled out 70 dollars from all of the money I've saved ever since I was 14.
I quietly shut the safe, scrambled my dial and pushed back all of my clothing to the center so no one would find it.
I had to change so Harry wouldn't get suspicious so I changed into a dark grey knitted sweater, and yoga pants that ended at my knee. I brushed back out my hair and braided the right side of my hair to get it out of my face. I put on a little mascara and limped out of my room and onto the stairs.
Once I reached the bottom of the small staircase, Harry was in the kitchen, cooking something that smelt amazing.
I took a deep breath and smiled, before walking to sit on the counter top carefully.
Harry glanced at me and smirked." So, do you like silly noodles?" He asked. I nodded.
"The bowls are in that cabinet there," i pointed to the far cabinet besides the sink. "And silverware below the other side of the sink to the left, and you already found the pots and pans I'm guessing?" I stated as he nodded, taking in my directions.
"Correct, Ms.Underwood." He joked, and finished up dinner.
We ate in silence. very awkward because I haven't really had company over before, and because of my dream. We had a small conversation about what we did today, and then he asked me about my nightmare.
"Uh, well... first off, don't laugh, ok? it's so weird and silly. Just don't laugh." I repeated, making sure he got the point to not laugh.
