Malec- Hogwarts.

Chapter #1

''Izzy!Jace! Are you two ready? Mom is waiting in the car, we're ready to go! The train leaves in an hour!'' Alec shouted,fraustrated at two out of his three siblings. Both of them are now going to be joining Alec, who is in his 3rd year, at hogwarts. Izzy and Jace weren't twins. Jace's parents, had died in a car crash and Alec's parents had adopted Jace when he was 5. It was rumoured that Michael Wayland's son was at an orphange so after doing some digging, Robert and Maryse decided to adopted the boy since they knew his parents. His father to be more specific. 

Both Izzy and Jace came rushing to the front door of their house where Alec stood. One came rushing from upstairs and the other from the kitchen. Alec rolled his eyes and waiting for the both of them to exit with the trunks then he locked the door. After doing so, he walked to the car and got into the front seat, taking his youngest brother, Max who is a toddler on his lap. Izzy and Jace were no taking their seat in the back after fighting to squeeze their bagages in the back of the car which had Alec's belongings also. As soon as the car started to move, both Izzy and Jace got into a conversation about what it would be like to finally get a chance to go to Hogwarts. 

The Lightwoods, had a family legacy of being sorted into Gryffindor. Alec of cousre lived up to it. However, when he was being sorted, the Sorting Hat was thinking about placing him in Ravenclaw. Without doubt, he knew both Izzy and Jace would be sorted right there. He was happy for this because then, he would be able to have some company. The only person Alec hung out with through out his first two years was George Lovelace, a hufflepuff and a muggleborn. Neither Alec nor George liked attention so it was easy for them to stay out of trouble from the bully, Jonathon Morgenstern who was also in their year.

Some of Hogwarts rules had changed. Instead of having to go get your own wands, you'd collect them at Hogwarts after the sorting. However, you still had to get your own books, robes and pet. Alec had chosen a black owl, and being typical Alec, he named it Black. Both Izzy and Jace followed his footsteps and bought owls. A white one for Izzy called Stars and a brown for Jace which goes by the name of Bat. Max had choosen the name for Jace and Jace, being himself, couldn't resist the younger boy and agreed. Alec honestly did not see the reason for having the owls since they were allowed to use cellphones at Hogwarts due to how technology got. Nevertheless, he enjoyed spending time with Black.

''We're here'' Maryse announced as she found a parking space. Kingcross station was busy as usual. Alec looked around to see if he can see George as he got out of the car while holding the sleeping toddler carefully in his hand. ''Here. Give him to me.''His mother said as she extended her hands to collect the boy who would be keeping her company until Christmas when her other three children would be able to go home. Robert is always at work. He works with the Ministry of Magic. Maryse did too, but she resigned so that her children can get all the love, care, and anything else a mother can give to her children. 

''Mom, what if i dont get into Gryffindor?'' Jace asked as he took out his trunk. The boy looked older than his actual age. ''Nothing changes Jace. All the other houses are as good as Gryffindor and you learn the same thing which is the important thing.'' She answered her son. ''Dont worry buddy, you'll get into there. Both of you.''Alec answered as he looked at both of his siblings. He felt like they were now his responsibility. Not like it was a bad thing. He loved being their big brother although he thinks he's not good enough. Little did he know, both Izzy and Jace looked at him with more love and respect than they would look at Robert with. Robert had always been missing out events from their lives but Alec was always there for them.

The train had just started moving and neither of the two had found a compartment that was either empty or had students that looked approachable. ''I hope that we're not going to have to stand until we get there.'' The boy said to his best friend as he fixed his glasses. ''Don't worry,Si. Let's go ask them.'' The red hair girl said as she point to a compartment with three persons inside. 2boys and 1girl. The boy nodded and they went over. ''Hi, I'm Clary and this is my best friend, Simon. We cant find anywhere to sit. Do you mind if we sit here?'' The girl,Clary, said to the group. 

''Sure, you can'' ''No,i do mind if you sit here.'' ''Please do sit.'' Were the responses Simon and Clary got at the same time. The two looked at each other then back at the group. ''Will, behave'' The Asian looking boy who hair and skin both looked pale. The girl sent a warning look at the dark haired boy whose name happened to be Will. 

''Sorry about that Simon and Clary. But please take a seat. I am Theresa Grey but you can call me Tessa. That is William Herondale other there. He goes by Will and next to him is James Castairs, Jem for short.'' The girl introduced herself and her friends. Clary sat next to Tessa as Simon sat next to Jem who patted the seat for him to sit. ''Am I correct to assume that you both are 1st years?'' Jem asked them and they nodded.

''Isabelle, Jace, nice to meet you both as always.'' George said as he finally found the group of people he was looking for. ''How many times do i have to tell you to call me Izzy?'' She said as she rolled her eyes. She sat next to her oldest brother and rest her head against his shoulders. Jace sat on the opposite seat, eating a mango. He offered George a piece as he sat next to him. ''Are you two excited about starting Hogwarts? And getting sorted into the houses?'' George asked. 

Before they could respond, a dark skinned girl with curly hair opened the door and glared at George. ''Oh shit! Maia, i forgot about you. Im so so sorry.'' George swore then apologised to the pretty girl in both Izzy and Jace's opinion. Alec however, had a secret on his own. Afraid of what they would think if he told them that he likes not girls but the same gender. The Maia girl rolled her eyes. ''Do you guys mind if Maia sits with us?'' George turned to ask the group. Jace got up and sat next to Izzy to allow enough space for Maia and George on the other seat.  She mumbled a thanks to them.  She and Izzy soon got into a conversation about girly things while Jace and George were on a video game topic. Alec closed his eyes and lean against the window so that he can get a nap.

''WAKE UP!!'' The boy felt a nudge on his shoulder but didnt open his eyes. ''Magnus, wake up!'' He heard again but thought he was dreaming. Just then, he felt small droplets of water on his face. He jumped up and glared at his friend. ''WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU, RAGNOR?'' He shouted at his friend. ''You better pray to God that you haven't ruined my make up by sprinkling water on me.'' Magnus said as he checked himself in the mirror his just made appear by the flick of his wand. ''Oh please Magnus, we have been trying to wake up for like 5minutes and you refuse to get up.'' His other friend, Catarina said. 

''I honestly do not get why you have to wear make up any way.'' Raphael said as he rolled his eyes at Magnus. ''I dont see a problem. Hogwarts allow it and besides it gives me a chance to showcase one of my many talents on my fabulous self.'' Magnus said. His other three friends either, chuckled, shook their heads or rolled their eyes beore collecting their stuff and head out of the train. He trailed behind them while fixing his rings and necklaces, which by the way, Hogwarts also allows even during school hours.

''Have you guys seen the others yet?'' Magnus asked once they made it out of the train. The other three said no as they searched for their other part of their fabulous squad, a name only Magnus would come up with. ''I thought we said we'd sit together?'' They heard a voice said. The four turned. It as none other than Will. Beside him stood his best friend, Jem while behind him was their other friend, Tessa along with a redheaded girl and a boy with glasses. 

''First years?'' Catarina asked as she nodded to the two. ''Clary and Simon'' Will said casually as he fixed his robe. This cause both of the first years to stop paying attention to what Tessa was saying and looked to see who called them. ''Hello, I am Catarina Loss but everyone calls me Cat. This is Magnus Bane, that's Raphael Santiago and next to him is Ragnor Fell.'' The girl with grey hair said. Clary loved the colour of her hair, it suited her. Made Cat look so beautiful and unique. 

''You guys really have a lot of friends.'' Simon said. ''Trust me Sherwin, this isnt even half.'' Magnus said. ''It's Simon.'' Clary, Simon and Jem said at the same time. ''It doesn't matter what i call you, Sheldon. Now let's go before they leave us here.'' Magnus said as he led the way and the rest followed. Both Clary and Simon felt safe with this new group for some strange reason while the group of older students felt good about having two newbies who were younger. They wanted to help the pair since they all, in their own way, know what it is like to not have anyone to guide you.
