it was Christmas Eve and we where both at Sally's and Alan's house. We where expecting the baby to come in the next few days. Elle's belly was huge and she looked like a cute little penguin, I didn't tell her that because it might upset her.
Harry and his new girlfriend where here and Elle seemed to get along with them very well, we had both agreed to have a hospital birth because she had high blood pressure, so it would be safer for the baby.
"Elle come here hunny" sally called out as she was in the kitchen cooking some of the food for tomorrow, she waddled over and left harry and his girlfriend Leah behind.
she opened the kitchen door and started helping her cook and clean up after Sally's mess.
Sally's pov 🍋
me and Elle where cooking the puddings for tomorrow as it was Christmas, she was cleaning up after me.
"how are you feeling being this pregnant" I asked her and stirred the cream I had been making
"so excited to see her and see how Dele is with her" she beemed with excitement
"yeah I am too, he's going to be a great dad Elle" I told her and she smiled in response "you look so big for having one baby, no offence" I noticed to her and she agreed
"yeah everyone says that to me" she laughed and rubbed her belly.
She dropped the sponge she was using to clean up and bent down to pick it up again.
She crouched down to pick it up and suddenly she screamed in pain and fell to the ground. I acted quickly and tried to help her up.
Elle's pov 🌙
I bent down to pick my sponge up and I felt my waters break. It was a sudden shock of pain and it screamed. Sally picked me up and water fell from my bladder.
"Dele" she screamed through the walls and he rushed in. I was bent down slightly and he held me up
"shit what's happening" he asked not knowing why I was in pain
"her water has just broken, get her stuff ready and get harry" she demanded and I stayed silent trying to cope through the uncomfortableness.
harry ran around the corner and held onto me and sat me down in the car, Dele had picked up all my stuff and chucked it in the boot.
"hang on baby" he said and started the engine while sally and the rest followed behind us.
I panted and breathed through the pain, he held onto my hand and I squeezed it when it hurt the most.
He pulled up to the emergency entrance, he held my hand and picked me out of the car and into a wheelchair and pushed me through the wards into the maternity ward.
"hiya this is Elle Lakely, she's 9 months pregnant. And having a baby now" he said sounding confused
"okay room 5" she replied and pointed to the room we where supposed to be going in.
Deles pov 🤩
there was a doctor in the room to help me girlfriend get into the bed, they had told us she was 7cm dilated.
She breathed into the gas and air, I gripped onto her hand and waited for sally and Alan.
they opened the door in worry that the baby was already born.
"thank good, we thought you had her" sally breathed in relief
"no you haven't" Elle finally spoke through the pain and laughed a little
the doctor came back in and suggested that Elle started pushing.
she did what they said and winced a little at the pain
"Come on Elle you can do it" I told her and she tightened her grip on my hand making me wince a little.
the little baby's head poked through and tears fell from my eyes, I never thought I would cry at Elle having our baby. The doctor helped pull her out and she cried instantly.
"omg" we all said and most of us where crying
I kissed Elle's lips and they where wet from when she had been crying
"you have done so well babe" I told her and she cupped my face and smiled.
they handed her the baby and her hair was full and black. Her skin was dark and pretty. Her eyes opened revealing her dark brown eyes. Her little hands wrapped around my finger and Elle held her.
"arghhgg" Elle screamed out of no where which left us all in shock especially the doctor.
"doctor what is going on?" I asked him worrying about what was happening
"I think she's having another baby" he told us and my mouth dropped.
"huh" I said and fell kinda light headed.
"hold the baby" the doctor said and she was warm in my arms that left me happy and so much love for a little baby.
Elle pushed a tiny baby out, she cried which left us relief that it was healthy.
"it's a boy" he called out which made me so shocked and happy. A little boy that I could teach to play football and teach him everything.
"isn't that great" I kissed Elle's face again leaving a massive smile on her face.
I held faith in my arms while Elle held our new baby boy that we never knew we where having.
"what are you going to call him?" Alan asked who was crying in the corner. We all laughed at him and I handed faith over to him for a cuddle
I looked over at elle for a minute and I whispered a name into her ear and she agreed. And smiled at my name idea.
"his name is jace" she smiled and kissed his tiny little nose.
"faith and jace" harry finally spoke and held his arms out to hold little baby jace.
"our little family" I said and looked around at all the people in the room. They where the most important people in my life now. My kids and my amazing girlfriend.
shitty chapter, have no ideas for this book. Might stop writing and focus on my other book. Or even start a new one. Can't believe that it has 3k reads already. Thanks so much for all the comments and the votes. Never thought so many people would read this book
