Smile For Me

Chapter 5

I woke up and saw people looking at me.
Me - where am I?
I rubbed my eyes and sat up. My vision went from blurry to clear.
Me - what happened? Why am in a hospital?
A boy walked into the room he looked like Ivan.
Me - Ivan?
Then everything hit me. Ivan and his twin brother was at my house. Ivan went to stab Emilio but I moved him out the way and he stabbed in the hand. I passed and hit my head. I snapped out of thought as the boy I thought was Ivan came closer to me.
Me - Ivan, no!
Emilio - Its Emilio! Don't worry!
Inhaled and exhaled deeply.
Me - thank god.
I smiled at Emilio.
Emilio - how's your head? Oh and your hand?
I looked at my hand. There was a nasty scar in the middle of my hand.
Me - it feels fine. But this scars never going to go.
Emilio grabbed my hand and looked at it.
Emilio - how does your head feel?
Me - fine!
I felt my head and could feel bandages wrapped round it.
Me - where's Ivan?
Emilio sighed.
Emilio - I don't know. But I don't care about him. As long as you and your sister are safe.
I smiled. Suddenly a sharp pain ripped through my head.
Me - ahh, my head.
I gripped on to my head as nurses came in.
Emilio - is she ok?
Nurse - the bleeding is major. But the actual damage is not bad. Her brain and skull will be fine we just have to worry about the blood loss.
Emilio looked at me, his eyes full of fear. I felt like I was going to die the pin in my head was so bad. I felt my eyes tearing up but held them back.
Emilio - you'll pull through.
Emilio got up and walked out the room.
Me - Emilio!
He looked back through the window of the hospital room door.
Me - where are you going?
Emilio opened the door.
Emilio - my mum messaged me. I have to go home. Just remember to smile always, it suits you.
