(Abel's Pov)

"Let's talk devil boy" I said as (Y/n) and Boris were out of sight. Bendy immediately got the hint that I was being serious. "Alright then, what about?" Bendy asked, also being serious. "About this town here of yours, you see, I dont trust this happy little frown upside down lookin' place.." I responed. "Nothing is ever all sunshine and lollipops in this world, so tell me. Why were you and these people so inclined to welcome Rose and I with open arms?" I questioned the demon. Bendy took a moment to respond, he lit a cigar and took a slow puff out of it. "Because all of us toons know what you, along with other unprotected toons, go through out there. But here, those nasty humans aint allowed in. So that gives us the chance to start new, ya know?" He replied, huffing out the smoke. "To be honest, Boris and I were exactly like the two of you before we ended up here. Scared, hopeless, ready to give up at any second but you dont because you know you have to stay alive for each other. You're both lookin' for just that small break from runnin' and fightin'." Bendy continued. I was silent. "That girl of yours, she is forced to grow up way too fast because of the shit she has to deal with. You may not see it now, but you will in time. But until then, help her make the most out of her childhood. 'Cause that's somethin' you can neva' get back.." He added. "What gives you the idea that she's mine? Because she isnt. She's just some kid that ended up tagging along with me." I protested. Bendy just chuckled. "Really? It doesn't seem like that to me, quite the oppostie in fact. Whatever ya say I guess. Now onto real matters here. Im gonna pay for the two of you to stay at the local inn until your house is built, feel free to pitch in if you'd like. My brother should probably be near the shoppin' center on the next street over if you wanna find your girl." and with that, the demon walked away to leave me to my thoughts. A house? These people are way too nice..but maybe I can give this place a chance.

(Y/n)'s Pov

I giggled with joy as Boris took me to this street filled with stores! This place is so cool! The only thing is, is that the people here are new. I dont even know them, I can trust Boris and Abel. Im not so sure about Bendy but we'll see.
Boris brought me to this really big store that had the letters 'M A L L' on it. Im not good at talking or reading but i still tried to make out the word aloud. "Mmm..maah...mail..?" Boris snickered "It's 'mall'" he corrected me. "Oh, mall!" "There ya go, see you're a natural!" he cheered. Boris figured out himself that I have problems with talking. Since I had no one to teach me, I suck at it, but- my train of thought was cut off when Abel caught up to us panting from running. "Yay! Abel!!" I exclaimed as I jumped into his arms for a big hug.

(Abel's Pov)

I was surprised by the hug (Y/n) gave me, I returned it obviously but something caught my attention. She seems to be growing on me like I'm some kind of mama bird or something. No, no, no! That can't happen! Ugh.. First we help each other out of that cell and now she is getting more and more attached to me. I guess my plans cant go through. To be honest I'm getting a bit attached as well. I guess it's ok, for now. I chuckled "I hope she wasnt any trouble." I say to Boris as I break the hug. "She wasn't any trouble at all! In fact I was just about to take her on a bit of a shopping spree. You know, new clothes, food, just the necessities for you two to move into the inn. Care to join us?" The tall wolf asked. I saw (Y/n) look up at me with the biggest puppy dog eyes, how can I say no? "Sure, I'd love to." I replied, accepting his offer. With that, Boris, (Y/n) and I walked into the mall.
