HEY ! You're not dreaming, it's here ! Wow !
Remember, (Y/n) left Sindria to help her own kingdom. They needed her. But what is she hiding ? And Why is she hiding that from her friends ?
She left a message, asking them not to look forher. But they ignore that.
They wanted to know why she ran away.
__________
A week has passed since the day (y/n) left, and the situation in the Adjaya's kingdom got worse with each passing day. The "fallen" as they decided to call them, were more and more numerous. They had to do something or else, they would lose everything. The king's disappearance had already greatly affected the morale of the soldiers, they couldn't wait any longer.
"Suvira." (y/n) said, entering the library where she found her friend, and now queen. "I have to tell you something..."
"From the tone of your voice, it's something really serious." She said.
"Indeed. I know what we can do, but you won't like that."
This has raised Suvira's curiosity, her eyes met (y/n)'s one. She had a look of determination in her eyes, and... Fear ? Why was she afraid ? What was she hiding ? And then, it hit her, the magician was right, she didn't like that. She feared what her friend would say. She had some doubts on what was going inside her head, and she hoped that she thought wrong.
***
"I don't understand." Sinbad said in confusion. He was standing in front of his deck, his hands on the map. They were travelling to (y/n)'s kingdom, thinking that they would find her. They didn't want to force her to come back if she didn't want to, they were just craving for answers.
However, the kingdom was nowhere to be found, it has disappeared.
"They raised an intricate barrier around the kingdom." Yamuraiha said. "... I can't do anything about it..."
The king and the generals who came with him were all frustrated. They wanted answer, but they left with more questions. What was happening in this kingdom ? Was (y/n) really there ?
***
"I received a message from your father. He asked me to come here as fast as I can." (Y/n) said.
"I knew it... No way we're doing that. We don't know if you'll survive." Suvira almost yelled.
(Y/n) was a "daughter of the moon", that was the name Adjayans gave to those who were marked by a moon on their body. Nobody knew about her being a child of the moon but the king and the princess. It could have been dangerous for her. The legend said that those child are given the power of an ancient powerful magician, but the power is so mighty that the owner had to risk his or her own life.
"It's our only chance Suvira. Our kingdom will fall if we don't act NOW !" (Y/n) argued.
"You may die !" (Y/n)'s face softened when she heard her friend. She was afraid of dying, but it was their only chance to save the kingdom they loved.
"I'm willing to die for my country." She smiled, hugging her beloved friend.
"It was the reason why I didn't want you to come..." Suvira whispered, hugging back her dear friend.
The legend being a long forgotten one, nobody knew how to summon her hidden power, and no one knew what it was... The Moon didn't share her power with a lot of people, she only gave a small part of it to those she trusted. (Y/n) had a pure heart, she was willing to help every person in need and that was the reason why she was offered a part of her power.
She was watching over the young magician, and never did she regret trusting her.
(Y/n) and Suvira were still in the library, although the queen was reluctant about this, they had to think of a way to summon the Moon's power. At some point, Vahitr came to help them. So they searched in ancient books about this old legend, it was a laborious work since the only book they found were written in tran. Being a royalty, Suvira could read and understand this ancient language, but it was exhausting. Vahitr and (Y/n) tried to help their queen as much as they could. The trio stayed late in the library, but found nothing.
Entering her bedroom, (y/n) saw her rabbit sleeping on her bed. For a second, she saw a bluish white light surrounding him but it disappeared as fast as it appeared. She thought it was nothing but her imagination, she was exhausted after all.
For almost ten days, Suvira, Vahitr and (Y/n) spent their times in the library. They had only advancement.
"Gods... We've found nothing after ten days !" Vahitr complained, throwing his hands up in frustration.
"Wait ! I think I found something !" Suvira yelled, running toward the table full of scrolls and books. "I don't know if they explained how we can summon your power, but this is the actual legend of the Moon's magi."
Since they couldn't read it, the scroll being written in tran, Vahitr and (Y/n) listened attentively as Suvira read the story.
Once upon a time, there was an immortal magician who abused her power and used it to cause destruction around her. To punish her, the gods and goddesses decided to exile her on the moon with her rabbit as her only company.
As time passed by, the magician was beginning to regret her life on earth and wanted another chance. She pleaded the gods but they didn't answer her. She knew that it was helpless. They were not going to show pity to her... But maybe they will allow her dear rabbit to live on earth, he didn't do anything wrong after all. To her surprise, the gods accepted her favour. Before saying goodbye to her pet, she gave him her power, telling him he had to found someone "marked with a moon", also known as the daughter of the moon, who will put it to good use. Now, the rabbit is said to be immortal, looking for that special someone to give them the power of his owner through years, but the marked one have to be careful for the power given to them could destroy them if used too recklessly.
//A/N : This legend is inspired by Chang'e, Chinese goddess of the moon. She had a jade rabbit as a sole company//
Silence fell upon the three young adjayans as she finished the story.
"But it didn't help ? Does it ?" Vahitr asked, a bit confused.
"I don't know, but it was the last scroll about this legend... What do you think (Y/n) ?"
The young magician was so lost in her thoughts she didn't hear her friend calling her several times. She snapped back to reality when both Vahitr and Suvira screamed her name.
"What are you thinking ?" The queen asked.
"I may know how to talk to the moon... Her pet was a rabbit ?"
"Yes... Do you think that..."
"Yes. It has to be this one, he has a moon on his fur."
With that being said, the three of them came to (Y/n)'s bedroom. She explained how she met the little furball on the way.
When they entered the room, the bunny was, as always, on the bed, but this time, he was fully awake the bluish light she saw a few days ago surrounding him was shining brighter than before.
But the weirder part of this was this girl, looking like a spirit.... She was
a beautiful woman with long silver hair, a pale skin and she wore a bluish white ghagra* with a transparent veil covering her head and partly hiding her eyes. She was stunningly beautiful."I have waited so long to see you, (Y/n)" she said in an angelic voice.
