Running For Flowers

Chapter 5 

-Tony's POV - 

I wake up with my face in her hair, It smelt like girly shampoo and her. I pick my head up to see if she was awake but sadly she wasn’t, she was in a deep sleep and she looked so cute and peaceful. I sit up carefully not trying to wake her up and turned on the TV. After awhile of flipping through channels I had got lazy and just watched whatever channel I stopped at. I looked around her room but the thing that caught my eye the most was the string of polaroid pictures that went across her wall. It was like a never ending wall of polaroids and I wanted to see them all. I got up carefully so I wouldn’t wake her up and walked over to the wall. She mostly had pictures of her with her friends, I looked at some where she had wrote on the back that stated the date and what was going on. "July 11: Sun Set." where she took a picture of her at a bonfire with her friends. Another said, "October 31: Juliana and Jose's crib B)" where she dressed up as a banana and her friends dressed as cholos. The thought of her being a banana for Halloween made me laugh harder then I should have. Going down the line of polaroids I seen the picture I took two days ago of us together. On the back it wrote, "November 14 Santa Monica with cutie." This photo made me happy and all I could do was stare at it with this wide grin placed across my face. I turn around to see her waking up, she took a long stretch and just sat up in her bed. With her eyes barely opened she looked over at me and smiled widely. She looked exhausted but she was still stunning. "Morning Tony," she said as she got up and walked toward me. "Good morning beautiful!" I cheered as I put my arm over her shoulder. "As if! I look so dead right now," she laughed. "I didn't know you were a valley girl... 'As if!' haha," I mocked her. She slapped my arm and walked back to her bed and laid there looking at me. I went back to the bed and sat next to her while she laid. She sat up and scooted closer to me and rested her head on my shoulder.  

"Hey Arden, who's car outsi... Woah!... My bad, I should've knocked first," Autumn said looking away and closing the door. "Autumn, we were just chilling!" Arden laughed. She stood up and walked out her bedroom to get Autumn. I sat on her bed waiting for them to get back, it didn't long for Arden to drag Autumn into her room again.  

"I need to tell you what happened to me yesterday... You won't be happy but don't freak," Arden said calmly. Autumn sat on the edge of the bed twisting her hair around her fingers, she had a confused look on her face. "Uh... What happened?" She asked. Arden took a deep sigh and told the story. Moments later we waited for Autumn's response, "Are you kidding me?!" she shouted. Arden shook her head and bit her bottom lip. "…No wonder why your face is sorta puffy. Did you call the police?" she asked rubbing Arden's cheek. "Yeah, Tony came over and then he called for me," she said. "Did you put ice on your cheek yet?" Autumn asked. "Yeah, last night," she said. "I'm sorry I wasn’t here last night with you, if you called me and told me I would've lied to my boss and I would've came home but luckily you had Tony here with you... Thank you Tony," Autumn half smiled at me.  I nodded and smiled at Autumn and squeezed Arden tightly. She needed the love and the support right now and she had me and Autumn by her side.  

-Arden's POV- 

"I was wondering if you wanted to come to the studio with me? Vic called me up and told me to come down the studio because he had some ideas about the new album," Tony asked. "I can't Tony, I don’t wanna get in the way while you guys are doing whatever," I said. Tony grabbed both of my hands, "Come on it'll be fun and what are you even gonna do today? You're just gonna sit around the house and do nothing. You wouldn't be in the way at all. Trust me." I gave in because going to the studio and watching them work on new stuff would be great. "Ugh okay okay I'll go with you," I smiled.
