Spyro: the journey home

Spyro, Justin, and Alex were greeted by cheers and happy dragons. Justin was surprised at how fast everything went down. The elder dragons were with proud looks on their faces.

"Spyro, once again, you've done it! You have rid us of Gnasty Gnorc!"

"Yeah, I did, but I wouldn't have done it without Justin."

Justin blushed. He got some recognition by his hero! But he knew that everything wasn't over yet. Not quite. Ripto was still around.

The dragon elders looked at Justin in surprise. They knew that he was a friend of Spyro's but they didn't know that he was this brave.

Justin just said, "Thanks Spyro!"

Spyro just said, "Yeah it's no problem. Just let me know when you do something that crazy again!"

Justin looked at the ground embarrassed.

"How are the other worlds?" Justin said. "Are they alright?"

Cosmo, the dragon elder said, "They should be fine, Gnasty's minions disappeared just as soon as you defeated Gnasty."

Spyro smiled. That was a relief. But Ripto...

"Spyro, I think that Ripto may have done something crazy in the other worlds. Maybe we should check if..."

"Right! Justin, Uh..."

"Alex." The dark dragon said.

"Right... Alex. Let's go."

Alex quickly said, "I don't know, I really should go back to my home."

Justin looked in wonder, "Where is your home?"

Alex looked and said, "It's very far from here. You can't see it."

"Is it in Avalar?"

"No."

"Oh...okay... Why would you want to go home though? Don't you want to fight Ripto with us?"

"I don't want to be possessed by them again. The one way to go about it is to escape."

Justin looked at Alex oddly. What was this dragon going on about?

The portal started to open as a good revealing what was on the other side. That side looked suspiciously like...

Earth's streets. It was Alex's neighborhood.

Alex hopped into the portal. "It was nice knowing you for these seconds."

He soon disappeared.

"That was weird... That looked a lot like my home." Justin said.

Spyro and Sparx looked at him with big eyes.

Justin said, "Let's go. I know that Ripto is waiting for us."

Spyro and Sparx looked at Justin. Spyro suddenly said, "Where exactly did you come from?"

Cosmo and the other dragons and fairies looked as well. The two forgot that they were still around.

"I--I told you, I come from Florida. It is really far from here."

"That's what the other dragon said. No really, what world are you even from?"

Justin sighed and said, "Earth."

Spyro looked in surprise. "Really?"

Justin nodded.

Cosmo said, "From what I have read on the world, it is not magical."

"Ripto had to have done some seriously powerful magic to do this!" Spyro said.

Justin said, "So how did Alex..."

"Come on! Let's stop Ripto's spell before some other beings ends up here!"

Justin tried to remember how did he end up here... If course! He walked through a portal.

If everything goes back to normal, he will be human again.

He will also miss Spyro.

Justin ran after Spyro. Surely he had some plan up in his sleeves er, wings.

They went to the ballonist. "Where to Spyro?" The balloonist asked.

Spyro said, "Avalar." The purple dragon knew that Ripto could've been there. Again. Maybe.

Spyro hoped that everyone was alright.
